Hungry Jacks Clyde North

Ordered via uber eats. There was a burger missing, one of the burgers was cold and some of the contents was burnt and all the chips were over cooked and burnt. 3 orders with missing food in a row. Don't order from here they are terrible.

During my recent visit to Hungry Jack's, I encountered issues with the customer service, particularly regarding staff courtesy. The employees appeared to be extremely rude, affecting the overall experience. Addressing this aspect of service could greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

Waited in the drive through for near 10 minutes. We came in when there were cars there so we just assumed it’d be a normal drive through experience. When it got to us no one took our order. I was talking into the machine to see if anyone could hear me but I got no reply. Another car entered the drive through in the other lane and got served so I assumed they’d get to me next after already waiting over 5 minutes and yet again, nothing. Not until I reversed out then drove back into the drive through did someone take my order. Then we were directed to the waiting bay, waited 20 minutes for our food, had three different orders brought to our car, none of which were ours! After this my husband just went inside, told them the issue and waited another 15 minutes. This is our local and normal hungry jacks and we’ve only had minor problems here before. Oh and all we ordered was a large double whopper meal. That’s it.

Very poor customer customer service.got cold burger which was cooked probably 2hrs ago on replace ment took 35 minutes because of hand written not instead of system generated reorder and they lost that in kitchen upon asking I said they said if it’s lost what can I do. Being only hungry jacks in area they think they will never loose customers. Their only focus is in drive through.because no one comes back with complaints. Indian manager and assistant manger are chit chatting over some and and saying burger can wait bad bad bad service.

Have been in store to eat twice and BOTH times was terrible! Simply won’t go back any more. I tried to give them the opportunity to simply DO BETTER but it didn’t happen.
Ordered my food with a special/particular request to have something NOT put onto the burger. The cashier got it correct. The item was clearly noted on the order but when the food arrived, the item that was requested to be left out was in there.
It was extremely lucky for the store that this time it was not a case on allergic reaction/anaphylaxis to this item!
Raised the issue in store with the duty manager. She admitted that they knew they made the error but did nothing to fix it.

They were super busy. I ordered my small bacon deluxe meal with a coke. After waiting and thinking about it I realised I wanted a coffee instead. I asked if I could swap it and the lady initially said no but she also thought about it and said she will work out the difference.

She had to prep some other orders (which involved running out to the car park while more orders came in) but she got back to me and smashed out the coffee just as my burger was ready

Will be Making a complaint to head office to get my $40 back all 4 burgers cold. Chips cold. Nuggest cold. Complained to the manger said she will call me back and never did. This is bot the first time either. Told me that because i didn't complain on the night (8pm) and complained the next day due to the fac i have 2 little kids. Im n ok not entitled to a refund. What a joke of a manager/owner. Do yourself a favour and go to kfc or maccas. Avoid this place at all costs.

10.20pm last night ordered a plant based burger chips meal had to wait, that's OK recieved my order. Stone cold chips and burger drove back around and complained then waited 10 mins for cold chips and wrong burger. That was an absolute sloppy mess ended up chucking it out Sorry guys you only serve and reheat food that is an order that is on a screen not really bloody hard. Never going there again and telling my friends

Nuggets were completely cold, aioli was swapped for sweet chilli sauce and the burgers were absolutely ridiculous, they’ve got to be kidding i paid over $20 for meat in a squashed bun didn’t give me the extra cheese I paid for and completely lacking in lettuce.

Had my heart absolutely shattered HJ breakfast really has a place in my heart and when I arrived at 10: 50, had to wait til 10: 58 to order and was told they were no longer serving breakfast (even though breakfast officially finishes at 11) I was very sad. I’ll be taking this to therapy

Have visited this store 3 to 4 times over the last month, each time it's worse.
The store is ALWAYS filthy, garbage bins overflowing, floor dirty.
Today I ordered a cheese burger and chips, sat down to eat them.
The chips were cold, as was the cheese burger which was supposively just cooked.
Appalling!

I go there only for veg burger which didnot disappoint me. However the place could be much cleaner. The kids play area stinks.

Feel so sick after eating here. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Don’t do it… drive that little further to a better HJ store. Disappointing.

The drive-thru service was quick and efficient. Their chocolate sundae was super refreshing and delicious - perfect for the hot weather. We also ordered a chicken royale and a bacon deluxe burger. They were both very tasty. The burgers are truly better at Hungry Jacks.

The lady in a hijab who was at the drive through cashier was very rude and she’s not there to serve the customers but to kill time and get paid for nothing. She didn’t take the order correctly nor confirm it at the window. And of course charged us incorrectly. She was in a such a hurry and didn’t pay attention when she was taking the order.

I have been to this store several times and it is a disappointment of a store for the fact you have to repeat your order to them several times before they put it in the system and then when you get around to the window to pay and get your food they are in a rush and they a rude and your food is either cold or it is the wrong order. I would not go to this store for anything.

This may just be a minor issue, but I love my sticky date puddings and they have always come with ice-cream. Today I received both without ice-cream contacted the store and asked them if they stopped putting ice-cream on their sticky dates? ! They said no we haven’t, I said mine came without it so she said next time we will put ice-cream on them! No offer was made for the inconvenience.

Cashier was condescending and rude when we asked if we could upgrade our drinks.and when we finally got our food she gave so much attitude at the handoff.food was better than maccas

Good cheap food, drive here if you would like to order a thick shake especially if they on special on the app as the older Hungry Jacks restaurants don't have them & they won't be transparent & honest about why they don't have them or if the machine is broken or they can't obtain the flavouring syrup, drive to one of the newer Hungry Jacks restaurants like this one, but please ask at the ordering speaker do you have & can you please make me a thick shake?

It was a great restaurant, the workers were kind and mannered well with fast food service as expected.
