The service is good sometimes depending on the weather or how sunny it is outside.
On rainy day don't go there mood is not good that mean food won't look good or tast good.

We haven't had takeaway for many months, Today we decided to take a break and ordered hamburgers through the drive through from their Angus range, the meat was dry, the bacon was well over cooked and had to remove it from the burger disgusting

I am absolutely astonished by the work ethics of this restaurant. Managers are not righteous whatsoever! The food quality is horrible I was appalled by the customer service, one bloke told me to ‘Shut up. #NOTGOOD.

This hungry jacks staff is so lazy and forgetful. They ways end up missing something. A straw, a toy, Mayo, sauce etc

Everytime i go to this excuse of a hungry jacks they always mess the order up and when you ask for extra sauce (because they barely put any on) they seem to disregard the fact that extra sauce means extra sauce it's happened so much its just funny that everyone that works here still has a job.

Yesterday afternoon after my job, I take away my lunch a medium meal of spicy jacks fried chiken. Full of oil and the wrapper was also full of oil. I request to all not try there fried chicken stuff, not good in that.

On par with other Hungry Jack's I've eaten in the past, if you're hungry and need something in a hurry then here will do in a pinch.

Be warned it can be busy during lunch time, between 11 and 1 o'clock due to nearby commercial estate and other workers further down Thompson's road.

We went on the website to check the everyday voucher, we got two deals of 6$, but they charged us 13.99$ we went in to check why they did that, the manager treated us like little kids and was saying things like “it’s just 2$ mate don’t worry” I didn’t get my money back at the end and left. But later I found a Hair in my burger, I was disgusted threw my whole burger away.

I had an online order #7873 that was accepted at drive through order window but when I reached at pick up window, they said we can’t find your order and I need to come inside the store. At the main counter inside the store, I showed them the invoice along with order details that I received via email. Store name was correct, and I had been charged for my order, but manager said he couldn’t find it in his system. If order was not coming up in store system, solution was simple, verify the order on customer mobile, serve them the food and take up this issue with your IT Department to get it fixed. But after making me wait for 20 minutes, manager remained unapologetic, said he couldn’t do anything, and I left the store without having the food.

Lesser service is acceptable but not such a scam where you charge customer and refuse to serve and believe them. You are happy to put your food in the wastage but not ready to complete a legitimate order.

Would of been better off eating a piece of bark the burgers were that dry looked like the chef made them with his eyes shut! But good on the staff for employing deaf people!

i feel discrimination at there and they also did not followed the lockdown rules！
I went there at Friday night around 7pm，i saw some customers did not wearing mask！！！ its during stage four lockdown，the staff at there they definitely saw they did not wearing mask，but they did not ask they to wearing ，the staff just ignore it
another thing also make me feel
very annoying is ：my friend is a food deliver he received a order at this store，he arrived at store around 7pm to pick up the order，at that time no one was in the line.but the manager just pretended that no one in the store.at that time there are some other delivers come
to store，the manager just direct walking to the Indian delivers （still ignore my friend）ask their order number，there are many people cut in the line ask they order，my friend comes
to him ask about it ，he was very angry and said loudly： just wait！ my friends said he was the first people in the line，for the last 20mins no one ask he，during this time，there many Indian delivers already picked up there order and leave，but my friend ONLY received ：
JUST WAIT！！
after this word，the manager walk to the kitchen another women come outside（maybe another manager）and said louldy：
IF YOU CANNOT WAIT JUST LEAVE AND CANCEL THE ORDER，SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE THIS ORDER.how RUDE ！！ Warning to other people：if you want to feel discrimination and rude service ，just come！

Head office needs to investigate this trash store. The lettuce always brown. People getting sick. Where is the hygiene and food quality?

Says spicy Jack’s Fried Chicken burger, but not spicy at all. Very disappointing.no sauce at all.

Disgusting environment, tiny check-in sign. Mask free is fine in this restaurant, even during lockdown. Will not surprise this restaurant become next exposure spot.

Worst hungry Jacks ever! I’m constantly getting the same sloppy cold burgers, and they always forget something -today it was the sauce that they charge you 50c for. I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself hoping to get a better service and burger here. I’m going to find out who higher up then this store I can complain to as this is just a terrible store. They don’t care about the food or service.

Very average, got to be the worst hj's. Burgers cold and sloppy, staff don't give a toss.such a shame, only fast food in the area, could be a gold mine if they wanted

Quality of burgers is not good these days here!
Order a Vegan with spicy sauce & add on side.
Spicy Sauce missing for 4th time now! & when called, Manager reply was ‘sorry, we are too busy! Please collect your sauce next time or tomorrow’

Ordered the big jack and extra L chips which is missing from my order and tried calling them continuously but would not pick up. Hungry jack Clyde north - 3rd mistake after another also with my husbands order would never come back
I pay for my food and it’s not ok not to give what we pay for

Disgusting rotten lettuce (few days old) and chips were so salty and sometimes No salt at all - it was impossible to eat. Pathetic Service. Indian look Manager/ Assistant Manager / Franchise Owner is very very Rude.look lke they recycle all the indgrediants next day and day after untill its finish. I got food poison and was seek for 3-4 days. Even for small orders they want you to park in waiting bay and need to wait 10-15 mins for it. Give no riffil for drinks even when you buy a large drink, other stores still give. Overall not good service at all. This store doesn't accept the National promotions within their app of HUNGRY JACKS as they are not the company owned, Manager/owner has thousands of excuses not to give you, they should remove Hungry Jacks banner if they are not matching promotions with all other stores.
