Hungry Jack's Carrum Downs

It's a Hungry Jack's. It's not haute cuisine but fills a hole. Service was polite enough. The burger could have been better "built" though. I had to rebuild the thing at the table so the tomato wouldn't fall out.
Surprised by the amount of rubbish on empty tables, though. I ate in and it was very quiet and still no staff member cleaned the tables.

I just notice some staff didnt change their gloves when he get something in the store room he didnt remove the gloves and he keeps wiping to his pants and touching the food

The service is fast and friendly. Our order is delivered quick and accurate apart from the ketchup. The quality of the fries is very good. The burger tastes good. We ordered super stunner meal which is really penny pinch to the budget. The place is nice however the counter needs to be upgraded and mondernized. This is the only branch that made the sandwich neat and clean.

Very poor quality food ever had at Hungry jacks. Chicken under cook. On complaining to the manager (If I am not wrong, her name was Jaspreet), she put her fingers in it and said it is always like this. It was not my 1st time eating that particular chicken burger at Hungry jacks. I wasted my time and money today for the first time at Hungry jacks. No more Hungry jacks from now on and definitely not the Carrum Downs, Victoria store.

Hungry Jacks is always a favourite for vegetarians and non-vegetarians similarly. They have yummy Veggie burger, oh so yum. Their chicken burger classic is awesome. Always hit!

The worst fast food restaurant in Carrum Downs. Always get orders wrong when complained the manager is sooo rude that close the drive through window at my face.
I’ll never go to that place again.now Maccas and KFC can take my money.
I worked in customer service for many years and one thing I learned is cuatomer is always right.apologies and make him/her happy.that makes difference! No like the stupid rude caw at carrum downs.

The Service overall is good and they get the food prepared very quick. The only down side is that the pattys are dry and I am left feeling a bit sick to the stomach.

Staff are nice, restraunt is always kept clean. Mens toilets are overdue for a renovation, it's clean but it desperately needs work.

Visited this store for lunch, the $5.95 meal is better value and flavour than the $10 plus burgers.

Can never get your order right ever! Asked for extra onion amd no bacon this time round.what do u get no onion and extra bacon that isnt bloody cooked right.tried calling them but no answer.they make simple mistakes like this alll the bloody time

Only ever have whoppers or bacon dlx but always awesome. Chips amazing. Fast service (when there's not 400 ppl there LOL)

How can you run out of onion rings? ! Service was good and it's not their fault. Really are these owners or managers not monitored? ! This is not the first time they have run out of food. They have also ran out of cups. Really needs to be more organised for a fast food joint.

Food definitely tastes heaps better and fresher than McDonalds. I'd rather eat at Hungry Jack's any day

Good eat out for family and friends. One of the better options for Indians especially as the food is spicy and is better than McDonald's and KFC in Australia.

The food here is really consistent unlike the neighbouring McDonald's which can often serve you up the oldest food they have as well as constantly getting your order wrong

I don't mind going to Hungry Jacks instead of McDonalds. It's a change that i do welcome. Customer service is good, it's always clean whenever i go, they have very nice rest rooms. They don't take long to have ur order ready. Last but not least, i love there specials, especially the delicious chicken burgers. Not really greasy either.

I remember way back in 2000, it used to be Burger King when it first opened and now it converted to Hungry Jacks as a subsidiary.

Worse burger I have had was cold and the hot chocolate tasted like water will never go there again wouldn't recommend to any of my friends

Now you might think that Hungry Jack's is Hungry Jack's and it will be the same everywhere. And you'd be wrong!

Carrum downs Hungry Jack's has never failed at disappointing me, every.single.time. Chips are cold, chicken overcooked, burgers in general sloppy and never properly hot. If you're out for HJ and on your way to Frankston, go to Karingal hub, those guys always get it right.
