Hungry Jack's Carrum Downs

I really dislike giving 2star ratings to Aussie business's that claim "the burgers are better @ hungry jacks" because I feel & have seen lately this venue's standards fall badly, tables left with rubbish, slippery floors, a dirty kitchen prep area and quite rude cashiers, that appear incapable of listening to an order spoken in Australian English.with clean cash tendered.the play area was locked.i didn't use the restrooms as the standard wasn't quite right in the restaurant as it was.what went wrong at 5pm when store & drive thru were empty.please HJ's I hope your venue lifts its standards by my next visit, so I can proudly exclaim "Burgers are better and drinks without straws only @ HJ's" again.

Been here many times over the years always clean and quick service. Playground is good for kids.

Heigine level very poor floor dirty and tables not cleaned properly floor very sticky.
Won't be going there in future.

Five stars for Alex as he does his job really well and served me way above and beyond the limit as well. And Food is up top.

I ordered a Whopper meal waited at least half an hour 45 minutes for it only for the beef to be frozen in the chips to be cold and soggy

I went through the drive-thru and got a burger and chips and it took 15 mins, I had to go inside and get it. It’s called fast food for a reason.

Walls, doors and PowerPoint's in toilets need better cleaning looks like they haven't been cleaned in a long time unfortunately

I love hungry jacks but what was dished up to me last night was atrocious. Not what I ordered, meat tasted like it had been sitting in their warmers for half an hour, no bacon or cheese on the whopper and they may as well have just put a full uncut onion on the burger cause that was about the thickness of the onion that was on there

Nice joint and friendly staff.mostly I do take aways.but this time my 4 year son said we will walk.so me my wife and son went.was surprised it wasn't crowded and very clean.

Last three times i have been here has been disappointing. I was told twice in two days that they weren't doing sundaes and the third time i was told they are not taking any orders as they were cleaning the floors. It's supposed to be 24hr fast food and i can't even order. Will not go back to them again.

Very. Politely behaving and good staff, all girls are so polite to customer and always ask. Super customer friendly service, never ever come across such a fabulous place where customers are valued, being asked, being respected so much.even in crowd. Even for food deliveries they give u all advices. And ask for number. As well. Straight when u arrive.and they're almost always on time.no delay at all. Very very impressed by the staff.

Always helpful and friendly service, always outshines the maccas next door. Burgers and chips also better. Chips always crisp. App is a bit slow but not a deal breaker. Would love to see HJ put in proper Barista coffee then I could leave maccas altogether. Good store Carrum Downs and best staff always have a smile.

Normally when I go to this Hungry Jack's it has an fantastic manager that makes sure that food is warm and customer is happy, I think between 9to 4 pm week days but when this perticuler manerge is not on I would not recomend this place! I went in there and I was served, then came in a couster with a DOG! Please don't hate me, I do love dogs but not in hungry Jack's, the management did see this. Both of the management did see this and did not even blink an eye I also do have photos of the coustomer in Hungry Jacks 7 minutes intervules and management just like it was another day. No care in the world. Other than that when you go there, after4pm the food is cold and I have had to return my food too many times to count also orders are mixed up. One good thing I can say is some of the service people are quite nice.

Spent 30 minutes in the drive through line. Just wanted a big jack. I was told the broiler wasnt working so i had to order a vegan whopper. Eventually got it home and found a hair in it. Ill stick to maccas next time.

Service was quick polite and safe.
My peri peri cheese burger was hot and fresh. So where the fries.

Genuinely theses guys are life savers. When i realised I forgot my phone. I was so panicked not for the phone but for all the photos i had potentially lost. We raced back to find it and theses awesome ladies had it safe behind the counter. This was our 1st visit to the store. We found staff polite, customer service top notch, food fresh and tasty. My family and i will definitely be going back.

30c for extra ketchup!? !? Seriously! Especially when I didn’t get pickles-shouldn’t they cancel each other out!

Very noice I must say, from the moment as a child when I first tasted these burgers I knew they had me for the rest of my life. 30 years later and I'm still coming back! Hell just writing this makes me want to go and buy one

Good service the 2 young girls behind the counter brought our food to us chips were hot onion rings were hot service was great

The worst experience i had it here.we always order vochures from there and replace in veggies on everywhere.the asian manager showed to mych attitude by repeating only one thing again and again instead of saying one thing we don’t do that we don’t do that we don’t do that without listening anything from us.which made us very annoying i think she should learn the etiquette how to serve the customers will never ever go there this happend us on third time with them with that asian lady never do the right order and will pass on to our frnds too
