Hungry Jack's

There is no point in eating their vegan option.as they use same grill for everything. I dont want to eat a vegan burger where they have cooked Cow. Also, even their vegan (Rebel Whooper) burger has egg in it (Standard Mayo). It's stupid. And I called them to verify but no one picked up the call

This branch is much much better than most Hungry Jack's branches, they serve tasty burgers and they always put good amounts of sauces unlike other branches that are stingy when it comes to sauces

Terrible service. No acknowledgement from the lady at the cash register. Felt a burden to order. Took the manager to tell her to serve us to get the order through.
No complaints about the food / wait time of the actual order itself.

I don’t know who runs the shop here, but boy do they have no idea what they’re doing I waited 40 mins for an order, I had to go inside and ask for my food which they had forgotten. I can’t wait for the day where u go to hungry jacks and a machine does all the work so I can have my food in a reasonable time!

Good fast service and always great tasty? Burgers. Cant fault them. Need more HJ stores and less Maccas

Made me very sick was on toilet all night.don't do it to yourself.way to much salt on chips.will never eat there again

I eat here A LOT! It's standard hungry jacks. Most of the time it's okay, occasionally the lettuce and tomato in the burger is a bit sad looking, or too much mayo. 99% of the staff are great and friendly, there's just this one guy that is rude every time, refuses to even make eye contact and uses a rude tone, just shoves your food at you and that's that. Can't stand him - but there's always one ay.
Been probly 100 times, they've only ever missed pickles on a cheeseburger once, every other time it's been exact.

THATS IT. I’ve had enough of this place. I have given it way too many chances. They will make every mistake possible. Hair in burgers, missing cheese in cheeseburger, missing items, wrong items, single burger instead of double, missing lettuce in burger, Oh and yes tonight we got a burger that looked like it had been bitten into and with a hair in it. That was the last straw.

Wasn’t happy with my order! Ordered through Menulog tonight and didn’t get half my order. This isn’t the first time we haven’t got our full order! Very disappointed. Paid $70 to not get everything we paid for. Ordered Drinks didn’t get any, ordered chips didn’t get any, ordered burgers multiple times and still didn’t get them. Tried to call the restaurant but nothing. The staff at hungry jacks needs to make sure the have the whole order before they give it to the customer or the guy who is delivering.

Rubbish.soggy old chips cooked in dirty oil and oversalted.burgers not fresh. Not good management here.never going again

Must have two coffee machines.started cleaning coffee after order.or clean it when its not busy.also tables arent clean

Food cheap but too much added sauce / mayo etc.on hamburgers. $1 chips just not big enough to warrant $1.

Need more carpark. Need to maintain consistency in the burgers, and everything that Hungry Jack is known for.

It's Hungry Jacks. You know what you are getting. Frustrating that it isn't a 24-hour establishment during the week!

Food was quick but came with the wrong bun, went in to ask if they could fix it, but they had ran out; was disappointed the person who took our order didn't let us know. Didn't do anything to remedy it

This Hungry Jacks always serves food very quickly which is good. However they often fail to fulfil the order and often forget toppings such as onions, angry onions, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce. The last time I went here the diet coke also tasted like detergent and I did not end up drinking it. I also think I saw them using the same tools to cook the vegan burger as the regular meat ones so be aware of this if you are vegan.

The place was dirty, tables not cleared and toilet had broken seat. The food was not representative of the advertised product, had miniscule portions of lettuce and tomato and was dry.

Great tasting burgers, served quickly and the atmosphere was genuinely good, but the straws aren't long enough to put in the bottles of water.

Went drive through ordered hunger tamers chicken opened the bag found bacon instead of chicken. Totally disgusted
