Hungry Jack's

It happened for the second time that I ordered 4 items, but got only two. They didn’t deliver any sauce that I ordered to eat with. Although I was charged for the whole order.

I have been waiting for my order for a while, I ordered from hungry jack’s app and they did not even bothered to prepare my order and then I asked them what happened to my order and they answered me disrespectfully with no respect like we were not their customer, poor customer service and not happy with their service, rude staff, needs to be improved by a lot, more training required

Some rude peasant chick served me and said my $100 note was torn when it was straight from the bank. Rude skank

The best food l have ever tasted for.fast food outlet.the food was on time, friendly staff, great prices so yummy burgers.my next visit this place will be Saturday lunch time, for my second visit.

I don’t normally get hungry jacks as I’m not familiar with the menu. Tonight specifically I was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes! The only reason this place gets 4 stars is because of the staff in the drive through helping me with the menu! Customer service amazing from both girls in drive through positive attitude and small talk makes me want to come back again soon even though it took forever for me to get my food

Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered and still not delivered. Tried contacting, with no luck. What a farse, never wasting my time on this again. For being in the 21st Century, Hungry Jack - 'Just leaves you Hangry'!

Wednesday 16th 8: 30pm

Received very bad service from the girl with a ponytail at drive-thru. Spoke to us in a very dead and lazy tone. We asked for a tropical burger meal and she didn't even ask what size lol. She just said something like 'Anything else? '. So we had to confirm with her our size. She was multi tasking between the two drive-thru orders but was not careful and began speaking to us regarding someone else's order! Very very unprofessional. This is how mistakes happen, when the worker is not careful with taking orders, but instead, is speaking to us in a very dead tone.

To top it off, we even received one wrong burger. Instead of the tropical chicken burger, we got the chicken royale - which was the burger the car next to us ordered! We know it was their burger as the girl at the drive thru was probably falling asleep and asked us 'chicken royale? ' when we said 'No, one oreo storm'. Then, it took her 1 minute to say 'Sorry no more oreo storm'.: D

The team at Bullen are always friendly and the service super fast. The always make the best storm deserts.

Food was great, fresh & on time.
Long black with 2 sweeteners was ordered. I asked the guy if he added it and he said yes.but guess what? NO SWEETENERS WERE ADDED. This spoilt an otherwise good experience

Fast and accurate service. Delicious burger and chips. Located centrally and easy to get to off the main road, conveniently just next to a BP station. Staff were pleasant. Food was hot.

Tried the new pork belly deluxe burger today. The pork was quite tasty but could do better with more spicy sauce on the pork rather than between the top half of bun and lettuce.

Manager Abhi is the absolute best! Super helpful explaining the menu to me and provided wonderful food and service! Someone give this man a raise!

There breakfast menu is pretty good, but the hashbrowns have to be the easiest quick breakfast snack to grab and go on the way to work.

Had to drive about 5 minutes to the restaurant and yet food was not ready on arrival - customer made to wait 10 minutes unnecessarily.

Great place just don't go after eight thirty at night as they are closed! Their hamburgers are really big and filling. They have specials well worth using. You get a quality product at a very good price.

Was given wrong order. All burgers were wrong and burgers were not done properly without sauce. Manager called to apologize and offer me free burgers via text msg. But he never follow thru. Bad service throughout. Wasted my money for rubbish. Never going there again.

Tried the Jack's Crispy chicken burger and it was good. Hot, crunchy and satisfying as a treat. Fries were hot but drinks could use improvement as they were cold but flat.

Saturday morning I came in and ordered a brekky rap, and the girl at the second window had a positive attitude, keep up the great work, food was amazing I prefer this over mcdonalds. Thank you

Great service, always fast and fresh. Abhilash who manages the early mornings is always so friendly and puts a smile on my face for the day.

I come here every Sunday morning to get a breakfast meal, such quick service with a nice girl always so cheerful! Sometimes she even remembers me and my Order! It makes my day. The only thing that’s bad is sometimes the hash browns take too long to cook
