Hungry Jack's

Rudest most awful service you can imagine. I was deliberately being as kind and polite as possible even when they made a mistake with my order coming through drive through and told me, "you should have told us that you wanted that item" which I did. But when pulling up to the drive through 2 staff were talking and laughing, turned to look at me and went back to their conversation.

What is wrong with these people? I've never felt such disrespect for absolutely no reason at all. And it continued all the way until the end.

NEVER GO HERE FOR FOOD IT WOULD BE BETTER TO STARVE.

Staff slow to react to you being there. But helpful once they serve you. It’s cheap fast food. Tastes good but it is what it is.

Brilliant staff and very friendly. Clean dine in and partnered with the HJ app, you can't find a better value, chargrilled Burger!

I’ve been going to this place for years and it never fails to disappoint, however so be careful with the iced coffees because I’d spent some time in the bathroom after them

The breakfast burger was definitely not as advertised, a lot smaller and the hash browns were so oily, it left oil marks on the packet it came in, the big paper bag and I was afraid it would stain my seats as well. They should invest in some kitchen towels to absorb some of the oil

Quite simply the best Hungry Jacks in Victoria!
Food is always fresh and hot and the service is excellent.
It begs the question why can't any other Hungry Jacks do what this crew do? !? ! Surely the system is exactly the same across every store. It must be the personnel. Whoever is in charge deserves a commendation! Well done Hungry Jacks Bulleen, you really are a shining star in fast food in this state.

Ordered the jacks brekky roll this morning it was horrible the bacon was not cooked at all threw it out and the egg was so small not worth the $8 and also ordered a mocha coffee it also was horrible the milk tasted off and there was no chocolate so my whole meal ended in the bin and money wasted the worst hungry jacks I've been too

Not the first time, order a large whopper meal with bacon and cheese. I got flat coke tasted like cordial, they replaced. Started eating my meal, I received a double whopper instead of the regular single, I can’t eat a double and was charged for the double so it cost me more also. Bacon was raw not cooked. I could hear staff talking about what there doing on weekend and aren’t concentrating on doing there job.

The young girl who served me has the worst attitude, the rudest tone and sounded as though she couldn’t care a less about my order or being at work. She slammed the window in my face and when I confronted her about her attitude she got very defensive instead of taking it on as feedback. Super unprofessional and I was very upset and angry. I never even got my ice cream with my meal. I also got no apology. Worst fast food restaurant ever. The manager was although kind and understanding of my situation

Try through let 3 cars go through before I can make my order this is unacceptable and when I complained they made up excuses not one apology

Took me 30 minutes to get food at a FAST FOOD restaurant, with just another guy and I. Food was cold, bloody foul

The bread still soggy and the burgers taste like been microwaved a bit elastic. PLEASE IMPROVE THE FRESHNESS as you r representing an iconic joint.

On a busy morning, I usually buy some breakfast here. The wraps in its breakfast menu are my favourite. It would be perfect if the service could be quicker.

We are very disappointed how Michelle dealt with a situation on the floor tonight when another staff member swore at my daughter on the floor. She felt unsafe and disrespected in this environment. She will not work for this company again. Please train your staff and managers to have a respectful and safe work environment in the workplace. This should be a high priority for any team.

Terrible-delivery never arrived and I was promised reimbursement-it never came. Customer service just paying lip service.

Terrible drive through service, supplied food that wasn't ordered, triggering an allergic reaction. Would give less than one star if it was possible.

This is a mainly drive in venue. Very Limited seating. Food good. Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably quick service.

The server at the drive thru window has been continuously rude every time we come. Once I had tapped my card she slammed the window and said nothing and walked off. She brought the wrong order after she sent us to the parking day.
