Meals are correct maybe 60% of the time, I'd advise you to check your meals before you leave to make sure. Hit and miss with the staff too. Some are a real asset to the business and some don't even try to hide their boredom or apathy, and it looks like the managers do very little to motivate or inspire them- I've gotten attitude from more than one of the management staff over my time there for asking for missing items or for incorrect items to be remade.

When ever someone applies a job in hungry jacks, you ask for prior experience. The new members at bell St.store are literally amateur. They dont even know how to take payments through card. The other member came and assisted her saying, you have touch the and remove it quickly in language other than english (Hindi). If they dont know how to use paypass, I wonder how they go to supermarket and do their shopping with their card and how these people are granted visa.

Orderd a spicy chipotle angus and got a sad burger that was dry and had only a meat patty with cheese. Since it was a drive through order at around 12.30 am, we only saw the burger after reaching home. Utterly disappointed for paying 9.90 for nothing! Please do not be so negligent if customer satisfaction is your priority!

Love the new vegan breakfast muffins! But what is with the super watery OJ? Yuck! But still 5 stars for the vegan muffins. Now get some soy milk for my coffee already!

The food took a little while seemed ok, not.al hj's except it was cold. The chips were cold. The floors were FILTHY! Didn't look like they had been mopped or cleaned in weeks. It was sticky and spills had not been cleaned at all. Tables were pretty average cleanliness wise. Would not consider stopping there again!

This is a great place the best part is that it has free refills and the whopper or double whopper and the chicken range is quite under rated as they are very good.

Absolutely disgusting food. The oil on the chips tastes like it's 10years old, all the floors were sticky, and the tables were filthy, I won't be surprised if someone gets sick from this place.never again

They ran out of coated jalapeño for the burgers, Saturday night 5.20pm you think they could have told us when we ordered it but no told us after we paid.apart from that the staff were very nice.

Always freshly prepared and cooked fast food. I have very closely monitored their cooking which is excellent. The staff is very well trained. The parking spaces are great. Prices are comparable. Overall great

Worst service ever. The was no front staff and had to wait 15 min for someone to come and take our order. They only care about the drive through. Even the quality of the burger was not satisfied. Wont go there again.

Not very good services and rate the only 1 star very unhappy will not be recommending to any other person.

On a busy bell street you have an option to have some good food with Hungry Jacks with petrol station close by and other side of the road you have KFC options for non vegetarians people.
Though you can have non vegetarians at Hungry Jacks.
I believe Hungry Jacks is doing good service with limited option available with them.

Couldn't complain about the hygiene of the store its well cleaned and organised. Orderd my food the chips taste like absolutely nothing my vegan burger was aright.

Food quality wise it’s good but if it comes to customer service it’s ridiculous. Went today around 5pm and the customer services front staffs were good but then came the manager who behaved in an unprofessional manner to me, a customer of hungry jacks for many years. It’s the first time that i have seen a manager who have 0 customer service skills. I wonder who hires these type of people.

Not at all good for vegans.staff members are ignorant to understand no mayonnaise means no mayonnaise.poor customer service as well.

Nice onion rings. Service inside takes too long. Nobody at counter when I approached and had to wait. Got cheesy chps, basically only a tiny drizzle on top of chips.

The food is really delicious but the customer service is very poor, especially the staff who takes the drive through orders and takes the payment standing behind the window. Apparently they can't handle the multiple tasks at the same time which takes to the result of poor communication, missing items from the food.

I live near and I have no other option as I love hungry Jack's, this place food is the the worst, its stale and have to wait a lot.
