Hungry Jack's

Super slow. Seems like they have only two people working in the whole place. Takes a long time to order (no one was even attending the counter for a long time) and also long time to order the food.

The attendants can be a liitle courteous and the coffees could be made ritgh at the first time.

This place is so helpful especially to my guts when I am hungry for something phatty and they always let me know what to get that is the biggest bang for its buck.

I am on route between two venues this evening and needed some food before I move on. I see this hungry jacks so I figure why not. Haven’t been to them for about 15 years. Burger and chips were what I expected I guess.

I’m only giving this place 3 stars for the awesome guy behind the counter, single-handedly running this joint the best he can on a Saturday night (I’m gathering one other person in the kitchen…).

Management and owners - get down there and take a good hard look at the place. I’m sure the staff do their best to clean, but if you’re working alone - how? And perhaps hire someone to deep clean the toilets. What an absolute disgrace. If you would go to the toilets first, you most prob would eat there.

I tried to order through the application but due to some reason their system was down. So I went to order at counter and staff member told me it will be 5.60 $ but on app it's 2.60$. Staff was aware of the system failure and same girl make coffee for me everyday. Despite knowing me as a everyday customer she refused to offer me and asked me for full price coffee. Hungry jacjs you lost one regular customer today.

I loved hungery jacks my whole life and eating here once grossed me out so much I don’t think I can ever eat it again. Store seemed a bit rundown and not much care put into burger’s unfortunately

I got petrol. I ordered food as well. While my food was getting made, I thought I'll go in to wash my hands. This is terrible and so unhygienic.

Keep receiving sausage meat instead of regular patty meat on cheeseburgers. No sauce on whopper juniors. Yet the manager hangs the phone up

Sadly was a worse experience than last visit, after I put my order through on the app, I waited and waited, then I went and asked how long till the order was ready, and was told it wasn't. I was then told they didn't have sprite (they gave me a frozen pineapple Fanta, instead) when I got to the table my order (a small drink, small fries, a wopper jr. And a chicken royal with medium onion rings) was cold, sadly I was so hungry I ate it I didn't want to wait any longer.

Very disappointing.

Hello I hope the owners of this restaurant see this, this is one of your employees Chandler faigan (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling of he’s name) bragging about vaping in the freezer where our food is made. THIS IS DISGUSTING! I hope the proper consequences will be given

Bad service, no one at counter when I entered. Got the order wrong. Less than a 5 minute walk to home and everything was cold. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be going back.

Definitely needs a good cleaning and an upgrade. The place must have been painted not long ago but whoever painted their ceilings forgot to remove the air conditioning vents to be cleaned, they are yellow with grease. During all the time we were there, nobody left the interior of the place to clean the tables. The general comment amongst us was that this was one of the worst Hungry Jack's we have visited and that we could not blame the staff to feel not motivated to smile and be nice when working in such a depressing and dirty place.
Regarding food, our sandwich came missing one of the burger patties and with the incorrect sauce. We complained and the answer was that they had run out of the sauce that the burger must have so they replaced with mayo. We had to call the manager that indeed was very nice and professional and immediately replaced the sandwich with another one.
Every time we go to Hungry Jack's, the restaurants look nice, upgraded, clean.what happened to this one? Fell on the cracks and no one noticed the state it is in? Time for a full upgrade of this depressing fast food place.

Too long, waisted 1/2 tank of fuel sitting in the line. Burgers were nasty. Order was wrong. Hungry jacks pls give me $100 as compensation for my time, my fuel and my regret.

First time being there the toilet is horrible but the chips were fresh and the service was good too.

Food, service everything was terrible! Avoid this place. Junk restaurant, took 30 mins to prepare a small meal. Shame on your restaurant business.

Awesome place for burgers and people are friendly however they should have a more experienced person there to help out.

Hungry Jack's have really gone down compared to how they use to be. Food through drive through today cold & not nice. Inside you have to call out for service. Corporate management need to oversee their franchises on a regular basis

Worst Customer service at Counter, I would like to mention the girl with little fake coloured hair chubby in size, Stuffed my order, Plus shitest burger of my lifetime, would recommend the staff change as they are not willing to work.

The crackwit shaardvark who tried to wobble board with the corona sneeze guards was good, thats all

Order chicken royal meal and veg burger, they were about to close didn't put any sauce or mayo, dry burgers, can't eat this stuff, neva gonna be there again,
