Hungry Jack's

Ordered spicy fried chicken and there is no sauce at all and again asked a proper burger and gave burger with fully covered with spicy sauce even cannot touch the burger. Returned the burger and got money back. The manager came and apologised.

Not too bad, got what I ordered. With the quality you would expect from teenagers who don't really care about making this their full time career.not usually too busy I've found which is good.

Very close to where I'm staying friendly staff's yet helpful keep up the best store I ever came to

Had to drive 5 minutes to the store and the food was not ready on arrival. Orders were not prepared on FIFO basis. There were other drivers that came after me and their orders were ready before my customer's order.

My customer made to wait 10 minutes - what an unnecessary delay!

Always good for a cheeky drive through at the end of the day. Sometimes they do vouchers here as well which is nice. Can get a little backed up after 5: 00PM but that's no big issue.

Speaker box wasn’t working, and asked to be served for two minutes. Unable to hear Anyone drove to window after waiting 5 minutes online to be told they could only serve me at the speaker and to drive around and wait another 5 minutes.

Saturday afternoon, felt like a hamburger.online order, estimated delivery was forty minutes, but oh well.site said 'driver assigned' for thirty minutes. Order did not arrive on time (which was already forty minutes after order received) ; contacted Menulog they passed on that the delivery time had been revised to an hour and twenty minutes (an HOUR & TWENTY MINUTES) after the order was accepted.would be there in a few minutes.

It wasn't.

Cancelled the order, much vexed.

The estimated delivery time was wrong ; the message 'driver assigned' was wrong ; the revised delivery time was wrong ; the message of delivery within a few minutes after all that time.was wrong.

A fail grade whichever way you look at it.

Took ages to be served because there was no one was out front. Then the food took forever to come out. Heaps of people were waiting for menulog orders. Our Whoppers were sloppy messes.

I have been here on three occasions. First time I waited over half an hour and three attempts to get my order correct. Second time I was waiting at the counter for more than 5 minutes with nobody to be seen. Third time, again nobody at the counters and looking into the kitchen there were burger patties on the ground. I explained to the manager my experiences so far here. He just said, yep it’s hard to see people the way the place is set up “what would you like”? Disgraceful place and service

The service is really poor. Takes 15 mins to take the order and 30 to prepare it. Better to drive off to some other Hungry Jack's for quick service or even go to McDonald's

Been here two times and had to stand and wait there for couple of minutes till one person came to the cashier to take my order. Other than that inconvenience its your regular hungry Jack's.

Stated to close at 11pm, I was waiting to order in the drive through at 10: 30 when they just turned the lights off and stopped taking orders

LAZY staff working in this store, I been there few times it’s always the same speed (very slow), you guys are far Away from McDonald’s, bye forever to this LAZY store.

I absolutely the meal offers at hungryjacks. Had chicken royal superstunner pack got burger, fries, nuggets drink and drumstick ice-cream at cheap price and like always love them️

4: 40pm15/03/2021. Ordered Junior whopper meal, l said no cheese! Bacon was burnt, Hardly any lettuce. Bad chef! Disappointing $13 wasted This happens at many HJ stores.
So l won't be going to ANY HJ.
Poor service, took young lady over 5 minutes to come from out of kitchen to take my order.

The staff gave me the wrong muffin ordered double sausage and egg gave me 1 slice of bacon and egg
Absolute disappointment

Terrible service sat in drive thru for 10 minutes and was not served in drive thru whilst girl kept taking orders from other lane. After 15 minutes had to just drive to the window to ask for an order to be placed and the girl rolled her eyes and said oops what you want to to do then just looked at me with blank expression. Asked if I could place order she said no by far worst customer service.

Hope you like waiting in line 20m to get served. Workers have no idea what they’re doing. A poor reflection of management.

Doesn’t taste like hungry jacks.quality of ingredients was pretty low, I wonder if stores in particular areas get cheaper ingredients?

Got two small whopper meals. By the time we came home (5 minutes later) the burgers were cold, the paper bag broke and most chips were on the ground. We did not enjoy our cold burgers, tasted like dog food. Not happy Hungy Jack's.
