Hungry Jack's

Still reckon they make the best burgers of all the chain burger joints. This HJs is part of a service station and it's fine. But in recent years HJs seem to be slipping, almost giving up. Their stores seem a tad rundown and neglected. I think the public can't get past the fast-foody image they still hang on to. My recommendation? Every now and then, nothing wrong with a whopper.

We have been to this HJ drive through 3 times, and every time they have failed to put everything we ordered in the bag. This time I specifically asked the attendant to check the contents, when she handed me the bag she said she checked everything and guess what sure enough items where missing. Check you bags otherwise you will go home disspointed

Ordered vegan meals for friends only to get home and bite Into beef burgers. They don’t pick up the phone. When we went back a few hours later to get a refund they demanded to see receipt + banking proof online and then argued and said they’d only return the $ for the burgers and not the entire meals. Incompetent staff. Never going back.

Your staff gonna ruin your Business might. They’re so rude and absolutely inexperienced. Front counter remains unattended most of the time.

A nonsense girl namely “Tayer or Tella” (I missed to check her name-plate and asked the manager afterwards) took the order like she was doing Hungry Jacks a favour by working there.

She took the order, made me do the payment and after some time asked to change it by saying that its out of stock. Yeah, thats absolutely fine, it happens, not a problem at all.

But it was literally annoying and disrespectful when, after a while, she simply dropped the meal on front desk and flew back to the kitchen without bothering to tell whose order was that. I have never seen such kinda arrogant person working on any food outlet. However, initially I left the counter leaving the meal behind but as literally dying with hunger thought it be disrespect toward hard earned food, so preferred to take it.

Thanks for spoiling my day. And this one star is for the food, not the service.

Please check the CCTV footage for the time 8: 50AM to 9: 10AM to get a clear picture of her bratty behaviour.

Really poor, which is saying something for a Hingry Jack's.

Service is slow and unwelcoming, and the burgers are just plain garbage. Sloppy, packed terribly and the loaded cheesy chips were feral.

The saving grace is that it has free refills BUT the machine hasn't been cleaned since the dark ages because it tasted dusty.

Steer clear.

The worst HJs ever! Standing around like a Choc for what seems like an eternity to only receive the wrong order. Absolute joke of joint!

Worst customer service experience by a male who probably does not care much about serving customers.

The worst Hungry jacks and the worst Grill Chicken burger I had, the whole chicken patty is completely burnt out. They don’t have any respect towards a customer otherwise they would at least take care what they are serving to a customer

Average overall. Depends on who works and what mood they are in whether food arrives edible and not slopped together. Rather avoid these days unfortunately, used to be a handy stop before or after work.

They have a bad habit of throwing certain food out before they are meant to stop service. But is 24 hour through drive through

I was disgusted to witness that staff were treated with absolute disrespect from a shift supervisor. The order was processed efficiently however product quality needs immediate improvement. These results can be improved with extended training and the maintenance of the team moral.

Worts hungry jacks ive ever had, ordered bbq cheese burger got a normal one. Ordered a whopper with cheese all it had in it was meat and lettuce. Said it will be a 10min wait when there was only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through.food was not fresh
