Hungry Jack's

One shift manager, Niyamat Preet, conducts himself in an extremely unprofessional manner toward underage female staff. Management should show genuine concern for these inappropriate interactions.

Typical hungry jacks. Been her a few times and the whoppers seem to be abit soggy for some reason. Otherwise limited seating and car parking out front.

Slow service. Probably due to no waiting bays. Jacks barista coffee nowhere near McDonald's quality.

Worst hungry jack ever, no one attending the drive through. When someone rocked up mentioned why am I impatient.

Specifically requested no tomato sauce on my Whopper, but it arrived with tomato sauce.

Also, I asked for no ice in my Fanta, but it was served with ice. This made the drink less enjoyable as it became watered down due to the ice.

Uber Eats refunded my entire order immediately.

PS: I believe that the staff should be paying more attention to what orders are on their screens and less talk about idle chatter. I hope the restaurant can pay closer attention to special requests in the future to ensure a better customer experience.

Shift manager has no idea how to run a store, couldn't fill my order and refused to give me a refund.

Been there a few times now and they seem to have trouble hearing us in drive in…Some food has been hot and other times cold…

Ordered a double cheeseburger, got a single one given to me, took it back in and they replaced it with a double cheeseburger.super fresh.

What a rude and useless staff working here.
Absolutely rubbish service. Asked and paid for spicy sauce and got honey mustard. Hygiene doesn't exist here, dead bugs on the tables.

To much bad service, they don’t know how take the order, some things missed in my order and when i asked from them they told me you have to pay extra.

The service was great but the burgers were very dry. They also got my friend's order wrong. They sincerely apologised and corrected it quickly.

I recently Ordered veg meal through uber eats, drink I mentioned was sprite
They sent me food with bitter drink

New rules and new policies of their own. The worst of the worst hungry jacks i had never been to. The manger is the one keeps the new rules of her own like she owns the hungry jacks their. Should change the manager their

Ordered via Uber eats don’t order from this hungry jacks, I got my money back from Uber eats (thank god!). It was as if they gave me the chips that other customers didn’t eat while dining in. It might as well have come from the trash. My cheeseburger had no cheese or pickles not sure how they managed that. The patty was so burnt that it was crispy. Everything is in the bin, disgusting.

Part of the BP service station 2 visits meals hot and tasty will visit again. Has truck access and exit high awnings.

We ordered through app. When inside to pick items told that no ice cream and no bursties either. However, they switched items for us that we asked for. It's an ok place.

Fresh food, Quick service, Very efficient staff but always with serious faces…. Don’t know what’s wrong

I’m really disappointed with our meal. I ordered using the app.
- In one bag 5 burgers and 5 chips were “thrown” in.
- most of the Chips were half full.
- the lid on one drink wasn’t secured on properly and spilt all over my husband’s car
- we were given 7 straws for 2 drinks (2 frozen drinks already had straws)
- two burgers had lettuce, pickle or onion when they were ordered without.

Awesome store, checked online first to see stores closing time, stores closes at 11pm. Placed my order at 1017, arrived at the store 2
Minutes later after they had already charged me
