I think one month old bread Use never go back be careful if you love your family no go to this hungry jacks.

Hate Drive through orders always stuffed and you don't know till you stop to eat. I ordered and paid extra for a chicken Stunner meal, got home and had a cheese burger meal, come on one job. When she read back the menu before pick up she said Chicken so i did not even think to double check.

So it doesn't usually happen at HJs but in this particular instance at drive thru in morning I got my order which was burnt and smelly. I gave feedback and emailed as well but didn't got a response. Didn't went back as I was already home. Hope you guys look into it.

Very poor customer service at drive through, and the manager over there is horrible, don't even know how to deal with customers, just showing his attitude at the window.

The meat and chips was cold in all of our burgers for 6 people. Very terrible food. We said dine in, still all come in bag.
We were totally unhappy

This is a great HJ for Drive Thru after filling up your car. Dine in is usually OK, but it's often busy during the day.

I asked the staff for a royal chicken meal on a voucher which he refused to give me by saying i have to show him the voucher no other hj till today asked me to show the voucher so when i asked for manager he replied i am a manager here and i have to give extra money for my food. They have the poorest customer service of all the hj franchises.

Really hit or miss here.either get a perfect meal or a sloppy mess, never inbetween. If you go on a weekend don't expect a clean table

I experienced good customer service when I was here, but the food was terrible. The meat was cold in all of our burgers. The burgers were remade for us but they had fallen apart before we could eat them. Lazy workers in the kitchen.

Floors were a little slippery and tables needed a good wipe down and just wish people would get rid of their own rubbish, instead of leaving it for other customers to clear away, I'm sorry but its a fast food restaurant joined onto a service station, typical food as you would expect.hey it's Hungry Jack's.

Wish I read the reviews before rocking up. Hygiene is non existent. I was there lunchtime and with two other customers, there were three or more tables with rubbish lying on them that looked like it had been there all morning.

The burger meal itself was just okay.was handed over the meal when I had to ask "where's the drink? " and then handed a cup. There isn't a bin in sight and the only rubbish bin I could find (dividing this HJ from the service station) was overflowing.

Avoid!

After choosing to visit Hungry Jacks today in Keilor Park, I have to say that I am very disappointed in the hygiene of this restaurant and not sure that I would ever go back there. It looked at though the floor and tables hadn't been cleaned for days, there was soft drink on the floor from the drink dispensing machine and no bin inside to dispose of waste. I was very concerned to even sit down inside this restaurant as there was nothing around to even wipe away mess. I know that this restaurant is joined with a service station but the service station actually well exceeds this restaurant in terms of cleanliness and presentation.

I normally love Hungry jacks. But this one is one to avoid. Burger was put together badly and had clearly been squished. Was mostly cold too. It's a shame because the actual outlet is clean, well maintained and has plenty of seating.

I'm giving it three stars because the chips where hot and fresh. And the tables and area was very well presented

Ok.improvement needed.service is average, presentation is average. The tables and chairs are always dirty and need to wiped down. On the upside the new Aussie Burger is pretty good.

The last two times I’ve been there the food was cold and went the third time and told them and they didn’t care I’m never going to hungry jacks again

They dont know anything about hygiene. Using gloves when out the back is fine when they come to serve a customer and dont take them off is so un hygiene when going to handle money when you say something to them they just look at you stupid. As its not that hard to change gloves. And management dont seem to care about it.

Have been to the Keilor hungry jacks and they don't have the best customer service and the few times I have been there, there have been issues with my order

Absolutely putrid.
Worst experience, rude staff through drive thru, some sort of fungus in more than 3 chicken nuggets, stone cold hard chips, completely put off eating the rest of my food.

Tables not being cleaned frequently enough. Found soft drink aerating nozzle in my Diet Coke (tm) after I left premises.

Absolutely the biggest morons work here, a simple order of 2 cheesy cheese burgers was too hard.no cheese sauce but full of mayo, normal cheese wasn't melted and was ice cold. Step up your game because in the years you have been open now you're yet to get a single order right from me.
