I've been off meat for the last 10 years, and i ordered the big jack and asked to replace the meat with the rebel whopper fake meat.they changed only one and left the second one as meat.what the hell is wrong with you guys? Do you even have common sense at all? Disgusting, i figured it out after its too late

The worst customer service which, I have experienced in this store particularly, people laugh inside the store when the vegans got provided with chicken burger, not even have a sense to apologise the customer who are facing the inconvenience. I feel they laugh by themselves with their customer service skills. I haven't seen any of other hungry jacks services like this. Poor service, untrained staff and worst behavior of them even Manager.

Everyday I come for lunch and every day it's the slowest service ever from a fast food chain. The owner better employ more competent staff. Your business will suffer if you don't.

Waited 20 minutes in line, ordered my food, waited another 10 minutes. While waiting for my food the girl making my burger realised I ordered no onions for both burgers and physically took out the onions by hand right in front of me and gave me my food. Didn't say anything coz I waited long enough, sat down opened the box and burger looked like someone threw it down a plane mid air and still had onions in it.

Burgers are slightly healthier than McDonalds, but not by much, its only because they flame grill their beef patties

Service is quick and efficient did not have to wait long, food ordered was immaculate, chips crispy burger super fresh cannot fault these guys

Friendly fast experienced staff. Really good meal deals. Only issue is every time i visit, their sundae machine or coffee thing is broken, or theyve run out of milk, sugar, orange juice! Everytime a different drama. This Jacca's is jinxed!

Amazing service highly recommend asking to see the voucher menu as its a lot cheaper. Staff is most of the time great.

Waited nearly 20 mins after paying for a single burger, tried to get attention from staff repeatedly but was ignored multiple times. When I finally got their attention, turns out my meal had been sitting there for at least ten minutes. Sat down and enjoyed an almost stone cold burger. All I got from one of the troglodytes working there was a grunt and not even a sorry.

Gnaw your own legs off before you even consider eating here.

Such a bad customer service.i ordered for super stunner but they make it for chicken royle in meal.after that i asked them they gave me a wrong meal they said our system is showing that.after that she said we don’t have any dessert so that why we made it for meal instead of stunner.staff was so rude.never recommend that place.

Best burgers here, today was very quick service and the coffee was better than the one i got from the mt waverley store recently

There are vouchers available and only this store they want the voucher to show. While other stores don’t ask for the coupon or the voucher coz it’s still there. When I asked why she answered “our food is getting missing and wasting”. How it’s happening if people arr paying for it? I don’t know whether its the manager or not she’s bossy for the customers. Chadstone HJ is the worst! (Asian lady with a birth mark n her face). Other staff don’t ask or question like that from the customers.

Went there today and service wasn't as bad as the reviews which is good because they've obviously improved but they're still a little bit slow. Could use some improvement and more training but I wasn't disappointed and food was good.

Rebecca at Hungry Jacks, Chadstone had the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, didn't smile or let me finish my order before telling me to pay. I wanted a sprite but she didn't let me tell her and gave me a coke as she walked away. As I work in fast food I know that rush periods can be stressful but there is no reason to be that rude. If I could I wouldn't give any stars. I will not be returning and tell all of my friends to not go there either.

Terrible service! Very bad experience here at Hungary jack in Chadstone. Especially the girl Donna! Just order 2 burgers and I saw it had been done and waiting to pack up for more than 5 mins! The girl has totally no sense even check what that two boxes are!

Pretty grosse food. Always greasy. Huge line because people don't know any better. Try Lord of the Fries next door. So much cleaner and nicer food. Similar pricing too!

Their beef cooked wasn't working which was okay but they weren't even listening to me half of the time only talking to eachother. Charged me more that I was suppose to pay and didn't realised till it was too late and they still gave me the wrong burger!
