Hungry Jack's

Got given the wrong burger to begin with, didn’t follow the order. Asked for a replacement, took 5 minutes for the crew to organise a new burger. Manager came to apologise then disappeared, crew who was meant to get my burger replaced left the store. Burger was left sitting for another 5 minutes until I specifically had to ask for it again. Manager was never to be seen again. Whole experience to get one burger took almost 20 minutes

Such a disappointment on the customers service, they don’t even know how to behave with the customers, so rude. The manager was also same like the crew, manager name was Anu who was least bothered to take the order in the first place, his crew member Devansh was equally rude and didn’t know how to behave with customers. Such a disappointment, never coming to this place again. Hungry jacks start hiring sensible people

Customer staff looked morbid, also received the wrong order and when i spoke with them there was no care factor. Had to wait 20mns for a toasted ham, cheese, tomatoes and then discovered no tomatoes in sandwich and again care factor of zero to them. How can you mess up something so simple?

Honestly I expected better from hungry jacks. The customer service is so poor and the staff seriously needs to be trained how to behave with customers. Even the manager was least bothered about taking orders or answering queries. Hungry Jack needs to start hiring people who actually wants to work there and knows how to smile for once!

Chicken was uncooked bacon wasn’t cooked gave me the wrong burger and my partner a wrong burger and almost raw chicken

Not a good place to order. They always mess up orders.staff needs to be trained, very rude service. Always keep the receipts and check before taking the take away

I love a good HJ burg, but this place loses 3 stars for customer service. Only one female that looked happy to be there, everyone else seems uninterested in anything.
Asked for a straw since there were no dispensers and just got given attitude.
Service aside, burger was good, chips crispy.

Worst customer service and waiting times are horrible. It seems like they don't even know what they are doing. Absolutely rubbish.

My girl went to return the extra burger, the staff at the front was so mean to her.

All in all, the customer service here is appalling. Staff are very, very rude. Wait time for food is beyond terrible. Definitely NOT recommended.

Food is always cold. I gave this place a chance about 3-5 times. Still, the food wad ALWAYS COLD.not even a bit warm. Just COLD.

Horrible service. Gave my order to someone else and had to wait 10 mins to speak to someone. Not good enough

The food was absolutely disgusting, it was stone cold, the manager on site didn't acknowledge the phone call I made the day it occurred. Will make sure the store manager/management get evicted immediately it's an absolute appalling with the way they treat their paying customers

Wouldnt even give an ice water to my pregnant wife who was feeling sick.

What's worse is the male staff member was going to, but the female supervisor said "aCtUaLLy, wE cAnT dO DaT"

Macca's next door had no problem with giving out water.

I used the auto kiosk to place my order which went smooth. My order included spicy chicken burger, kids nugget meal and 3 piece nugget for sides. The burger, chips and the nuggets were good. The kid’s toy in the meal was the blue angry bird. Thanks.

Hungry Jack's is my preferred burger joint as the Whopper is comparatively bigger than other chain and burger joints and the burger is really Big. Also, the coupons work well if one is not fussy to take the coupon option and use the savings. As it's said 'the Burgers are better at Hungry Jack's'.

Quick even though busy. A very good hjs. I don't 5 star fast food so this is as good as it gets
