Hungry Jack's

The worst Hungry Jack's I've ever gone to. It's in the biggest shopping centre in Australia. The foot traffic and orders are out of this world. The chances of them getting your order right, or right and being great to eat, is next to none. And this has been the case for me on many occasions. Avoid at all costs. You WILL NOT get a good meal at all. Let alone great.

Like the wopper cheese burger with extra mayo, chips is good. Service fast and efficient. Will definitely try other products on the menu.

Such a worst service.never order a food from any application.because everytime they are taking a 30 minutes to prepare a food

Service from tall kid, think name was Harry had a friendly smile and provided astonishing customer service during busy times.

Worse customer service ever. First of all Hungry Jacks must put juice instead of soft drink for kids. If parents are buying kids meal mean under 7 or 8 year. They should consider this.

Terrible service! Never got what I ordered! Every thime I have to go back and switch my meal cos they can't remember what I ordered! Never gonna eat here again!

Booked in for Christmas Lunch along with my kids, enjoyed every bit of it. All three courses were on point and on time, all dishes were presented well and tasted even better.my kids are fussy and let me tell you they made no fuss polishing up all three dishes.
The owners were very friendly and the staff was great.
The kids, myself and also all the patrons/customers were really pleasantly surprised with Santa's special visit. I thought that was a really special touch, enhancing and making it feel like Christmas
Well done, book me in for Next Christmas.highly recommended anytime of the year.

I waited 45 minutes for my food to come, very disappointing. I understand that there were other people too, but you guys need to hire more stuff so people can get their food quicker

If this is your first time at hungry jacks. Imagine It's like a Netflix movie. You'll probably make it through but it's not going to be in your top meals of all time, it's fine. Otherwise if you're a regular you know what to expect.

Bought 2 wopper juniors and a large Ice chocolate. It was just full of ice cubes and a bit of cream. 3 zips and finished. $5 for just 3 zips of a drink. Such a rip off

A young guy, Ali, is very kind and helpful. Burgers are tasty. Place looks neat and tidy.
Food court is spacious. Well done Chadstone!

Watched them make the burger through the food pass.
Watched the person making the burger take little or no cars and when it was partially wrapped he just tossed it through the pass.
Burger was cold and tasteless.
Poor service and poor food prep and delivery.
EAT ELSEWHERE!

Great service, a guy called Daniel served me. He was extremely helpful and excellent in service.

Burgers are generally better than the alternatives (such as McDonalds) but prices may be high and the nuggets are. Not even worth considering. Think of it as Burgers, here, anything else? Somewhere else.

Waited 20minutes for a Bacon egg muffin meal. To be told it would be another 5 minutes as they had to cook eggs (which I couldn't wait because I had to start work)
I was the only person waiting for my meal. Gave me a full refund.
The time before this they forgot 1/3 items I ordered.

Missing half items from menulog.just want my money back from these items loaded fries sundae milkshake and drink.normally i wouldn't mind if one items but that's alot of items to miss.

They had only 1 veg burger options as our planet people are moving to become vegan day by day.why these people are not taking efforts towards promoting them.

I ordered veggie burger meals but they give me whoppers then i went back to them but they just removed the cheese from them i gave it back, it was such a bad experience for me from this hungry jacks never going back and got embrassed to infront of my freinds as it was party for them. Don't want to give one star if possible.

I tried the Big Jack for the first time, i wasn't expecting it to be really good, however it turned to be crazy good! Customer service was excellent as my food was prepared very fast.

Absolutely horrendous. I specifically asked for a plant-based rebel whopper, and they gave me a beef one. It's like they don't even care about our personal preferences. I was in a rush and didn't realize until it was too late. Still feeling sick a day later. Never going back there again.
