I have been coming to this clinic for 41years and couldn’t be any happier.
I would highly recommend Humphries Road Medical Centre.

Long wait well worth it. Our long association with the practice and its professionals is very rewarding; Reception, as always, friendly and helpful.

Dina is by far the absolute best doctor I have ever had. One that actually listens to you and doesn’t try to fob you off just because they can’t be bothered and think that your just a story teller making up your symptoms. Not to mention the wonderful staff at reception. Keep up the great work guys & girls.

This used to be a great clinic, wait times have gotten out of hand. Its very difficult to get an appointment with your own doctor, even trying to get a phone call from your doctor is made overly difficult. Would be a great centre if you knew in advance when you would be unwell I suppose.would not reccomend to new families looking for a doctor for the above reasons

This service is NOT LGBTIQ+ friendly, although they claim to be. Very disappointing that in this day and age, even after being given a heads up, a medical service would not be inclusive

Any chance you can answer your phone? Getting the after hours number from 4 pm Wednesday till 11 am Thursday. Just waiting to get my results?

My daughter visited the clinic for the first time on near 10 years and was still treated with the same time, respect and empathy as back then. Thankyou

First time at this medical centre. The staff were friendly and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

I didnt like going to doctors because of bad childhood experiences however, as I said to Dr Lowther this morning I feel comfortable and looked after at this centre. The girls at the desk are lovely and it is quick and easy to visit the doctor. I finally found a doctor who understands me and since visiting him and taking what he prescribes have found my quality of life is much better. Thanks to everyone especially Dr Lowther

Last Covid shot today. Thanks to the very professional team at Humphries Road Medical Centre in Frankston South. No waiting, great care, helpful information and didn’t hurt a bit. Thank you!

The receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly.
The nurses very reassuring, friendly and helpful. Made me feel very at ease.

Dr Jonathon Lowther should lose his licence for the way he practices. By far the most unbelievable experience ever the DR almost killed me by neglect. Didnt Apply for my medicine licence (takes 10 mins). By the time he tried to get it he got denied as he was prescribing for 9 months without it. Dr constantly Blatantly LIED and got caught out by recorded conversations. He made his own appointments when he wants, made me wait hours for my phone appointments if I got them at all, he didn’t even take 5 of my scheduled appointments. As to the staff, what a absolute disgrace. Never seen a bigger bunch of liars in my life. Zero respect for patients treat them like a nuisance. Staff cancel appointments then LIE telling you that you never had a appointment. Except for the fact I already rang once that day and confirmed appt, ALSO they are that STUPID they send you a TEXT confirming! I’ll be taking these absolute dogs to court. They gave me 4 weeks to find a chronic pain dr during a PANDEMIC! The dr he referred me too was a Methodone junkie Drs, where I was physically sick and left in tears. Hope this place burns to the ground.

Most efficient service provided by pleasant and businesslike staff. It was the first Covid vaccination for my wife and I. There was no wait time and the vaccination pros and cons were clearly explained and both nurses were very understanding and pleasant.

Though I have had to wait up to an hour past my appointment today was on time and I was able to see my own doctor which I have struggled to get an appointment with in the past. All in all a good experience

I have been attending Humphries Road Medical Centre for many years and I would not go anywhere else! A practice with fantastic Doctors who really care about their patients and staff who are so friendly and helpful!

Had my 2nd COVID shot yesterday 22/6/2021. ALL GREAT no side effects at ALL, Nurses & staff all excellent. Highly Recommend AA+

Dr Fitzgerald is amazing, so thorough and genuinely interested in helping. My family has seen him on and off for the last 30 years—one of the first doctors I visited as a child and he diagnosed my dad’s stroke! We only stopped visiting the clinic as we moved from the area. You do always have to wait for your appointment but I just call ahead and the front desk always let us know if they’re running on time or late—not a big deal. We’ve seen other doctors at Humphries Road and all are wonderful, knowledgeable and engaged. There is a reason this clinic has such a great name and is always so busy!

Attended on time for first COVID 19 dose, was shown to waiting area after completing consent form. Six people arrived after me and were ‘processed’ through GP for jab then to wait their 15min before leaving. I managed to get the GP’s attention and he remarked that he’d seen me waiting a while! 45 mins to be exact. Turns out the receptionist, who took my name and gave me the form hadn’t even marked me as arrived. Not first time this has happened. Very poor. GP was very good and efficient!

My experience here this morning to have my Covid jab was 10/10! Greeted politely on entering, shown to the correct seat, didn't have a long wait, maybe 10mins, doctor & nurse were very pleasant & asked if I felt comfortable with getting the jab, chatted whilst I had "it" & made me feel very relaxed. The nurse was very nice, while we waited the required 15mins & gave me my 2nd appt.
