No wait time, admin staff were friendly and helpful. Chemist onsite is very convenient. Doctor we saw went to extra lengths and made my daughter very comfortable. Plus was very thorough.

I realise that a GPs life isn't an easy one, but surely there is tech to alert patients of delays. I sat waiting for 3/4 hour after my appointment time, then had to leave to attend a meeting, without seeing the doctor.
I'll try again next week. Should I call before leaving home?

Prompt telephone help with my illness providing the chemist with an electronic script for me to collect in 2 hours.

Started taking my children to Humphries Road Clinic over 30 years ago and I still travel from Mentone to see Dr. Sal M. I would not ever think of going anywhere else.

My family have been patients at this clinic for years. I have been very impressed with the level of care and efficient response they receive from any doctor at the clinic. And only recently I have seen a lovely female doctor for my own health concerns, after years of going elsewhere, due to feeling underwhelmed in the past with doctors and the abrupt manner of previous receptionists. Saying this, there is a change of atmosphere, the receptionists are now absolutely lovely, they take time to listen and are supportive. The doctor I saw was so warm, friendly and took the time to listen and help, without me feeling I was rushed out the door when the appointment was finished. I will now return to this clinic.

Dr. Fitzgerald is a fantastic GP and is supported by great support staff. He is knowledgeable, professional and provides great medical advice and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I hate to say this because I don't really want more people using this medical centre, but my conscience impels me to say that after 34 years attending this clinic - and my parents, and my husband, and my children, and some of my grandchildren - I have to say it is the best, the very best medical clinic around. At times some of us need to use other clinics, but when we feel the issue is important, we come right back to the tried and tested.

On my initial visit I feel i was in no way rushed and treated well. Dr Dina listened was able to take in my verbal history and I felt she was very competetent from this initial visit.

Phones and online booking dont work half the time. Wait times are long to see doctors. I often have to wait 30 plus minutes because doctors are running late. Im not sure who is running the show but its bad.

Excellent service - had the flu vax but the nurse also found time to check my dressing on a wound from recent surgery. Thank you)

First impression is always the reception desk, and these ladies are welcoming, helpful, and have always been a pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone.

The medical centre has a fabulous resource of doctors, and nursing staff. They also have a pathology room (Clinical Labs) inside near the reception desk, and a Pharmacy towards the front. The centre is easy to find on Humphries Rd (look for the flags), with plenty of parking space.
