Hume & Iser Mitre 10

This is a place I need to avoid. Too many items that appeal to my wallet. Delivery nearly beat me home.

Great shop. They have all everything need for my renovation.
Plenty staff to help out, theres always someone to help out.even helped me load onto truck.

Paid at trade counter for 3.00 dollars of items. And got hassled on the way out at the register at the north end. Telling them l paid. LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR GOOD. HELLO BUNNINGS

Forget Bunnings, Hume and iser have more, plus their staff are tradespeople so you get the right advice for the job in hand. Not a kid at their first job.

Well arranged, well stocked with good customer service. Very professional and attentive staff. I needed some washers & was escorted to the plumbing area and found what I needed very easily. Good lighting & easy to move between aisles. Definitely a good alternative to more well-known hardware stores.

Certainly a great place to buy all your hardware needs. I have been buying there for some time. They are as competitive as any major hardware store in Bendigo, in many cases much cheaper. Their plants are always good quality and good value for money. Staff are excellent and always helpful.

Great place where your not hassled whilst you just browse around. Where someone is always in cooey if you have a question. Great competitive prices on all your must haves.

Very poor customer service at the checkout. After waiting over ten minutes for someone to find a code for some pumping supplies I was told that I could not pay for items due to no eftpos. When I informed them of no cash only card, was informed bad luck.

Hard to get used to where everything is now its a Mitre 10 store and think the prices are a little higher but will have to get used to it. Bunnings is still major opposition!

Good range of hardware. Staff service depends on who you get. One staff member, refused to shake hands on greeting him. Far better service from the Bunnings store, which also have a greater range of goods.

The lady I got service from was very helpful indeed. Offered her knowledge, experience and recommendations on what i was requiring! The young lass with the tatts in the cafe offered brilliant service also
doing an excellent job by herself that day. I dont think all the staff are as helpful as this. I really appreciate staff who enjoy being there to work and are more than willing to help you.

It’s a nice smaller hardware store with everything closer together in a small air conditioned modern building.

Great selection, friendly staff. Prices can be a little dearer than the green behemoth bigbox stores. But I'd rather support a local family owned business any day! And their DIY rewards system gives you $$ back on purchases to spend on later trips, so the prices barely matter.

Every time I get put through to garden and equipment it rings out after 20 minutes. I’ve tried 3 times so far.

Great local hardware store, friendly staff and good selection of stock. The change to Mitre 10 is going great with a new store layout.

Great layout, range, helpful staff, and a long local history. Home & User cater to everything from the home handyman to full trade. The site has plenty of parking, is readily accessible, and has a great garden section. Next door are tiling, workwear and safety stores, and it's very close to the CBD. Highly recommended.

Uhhggg.can never find staff and due to the total reconfiguration of the space, nobody could find what i required. Left and went up the road to Bunnings.

Conveniently located close to home. All other hardware stores are a twenty minutes drive and the renovation are coming along nicely.

Not a big range of stock. If not buying anything, or dressed up they check u like u have stolen stuff when going back out of there registers. Not my favourite hardware store
