Easy parking out front, walked in, asked a bloke where I would find Plumbers thread tape, found it right where he said it was, paid for it at the cashier and walked out to my car. Only took about 5 minutes.

To save a few dollars, my go to place for bulk purchases of laundry detergent, surprisingly, has always been Hume and Iser Mitre 10. I have always found OMO at an excellent price here. The sales assistant that served me, Dianne C, was telling me that she also buys this product. Dianne was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After buying the detergent I went for a walk thru the store and what a range of things they have. They sell everything from hardware to a great variety of plants in the nursery. Well worth checking out.

I feel like I'm on a 00s prank show except it's not a prank show and it's so bad it's unfortunately funny.
I called and was put on hold, taken off hold to listen to people at the checkouts serve customers. I shouldn't be hearing what someone's total is.
After being hung up on three times, having to call back I finally had someone talk to me.
The people I was talking to were taking a look for what I was after, but never came back to the phone until I got to a man.
Who I had to repeat what I was after and even spell it.
You're listed as a stock list for what I'm after and I felt I could contact you to see if you had it in stock but I was met with staff who don't know what their store has or carries.
I'm really disappointed, I've had great experiences here until now.

Great layout, range, helpful staff, and a long local history. Home & Iser cater to everything from the home handyman to full trade. The site has plenty of parking, is readily accessible, and has a great garden section. It is very close to the CBD so it is a great option for those in town. Highly recommended.

Probably had some of the friendliest service here that I've ever had at a hardware store. The staff are extremely helpful and actually care about what you're after. You just don't get that at Bunnings!

Well stocked and well laid out hardware store. Much easier to get service from staff here than Bunnings.

Friendly staff, only to happy to help find things or help with any questions you may have with items in store.

Unfortunately its hard to get someone to help find stuff. Would like to shop local but often find it hard to get the right person.

A staff member spent their time following us around, like we were going to steal something.

Well i was pleasantly surprised to receive service outside the store during lock down. Sales assistant asked what i was after as i was doing something way out of my comfort zone.the Sales Assistant was ever so helpful my cabinet was fixed with their guidance 'so HAPPY ' they went into the store to get the item and explained how it was to be used 'so impressive '. Social Distancing Practiced, No in Store Shopping. But What AMAZING SERVICE

I purchased a Hurricane MultiFold Alum'
ladder. It is amazing, comes with steel planks,
light and half the price of other ladders.
It is well made, really strong, 120kg plus.

I will shop from there from now on, support Mitre 10, too.

Every time I go in here, I think or feel as though this would be a lovely place to work! Friendly service, helpful.
I think hume and iser is reasonably priced.
I painted throughout my whole house and Allen gave sound advice, and recommendations. His knowledge of colours was excellent. And So did the other lovely lady at the paint counter.
Please give them a pay rise, they deserve it.

Staff Soo helpful Jeanette spent time advising me on electric sander couldn't of been more helpful. Colleen was great helping with paint & brushes. Will return because of these girls

Great place to shop for all your garden and hardware needs. Besides Bunnings gets enough business already so how about sharing it around.

Got some great customer service here today. Was struggling to find the right chain for my saw so headed in to get some advice. After a friendly encounter with a team member at the registers I was advised to find a fella named Greg. He went above and beyond to solve my problem. Although he didn't have what I needed he still put the time and effort into doing all he could to fit one. In the he gave me advice on where to go he he was 100% right. Great work Greg you have true country service and hospitality. I hope I doesn't go unnoticed

Great variety of goods in store. Very helpful staff. Will definitely return even though a drive of about 55 minutes.

Great customer service bought a wheelbarrow and lady shop assistant took it apart so it would fit my car so helpful
