We had a burst pipe under the house and didn't know who to call on a Sunday. Found Andrew (HTS Plumbing) who arrived within 30 minutes, just like he said he would! He was super friendly, helpful and honest. Andrew took the time to explain what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. It was clear he was interested in helping people from the get go. What a gem! We've now found our number one plumber and have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. Such a rare find - so glad we found him! Thanks again for all your help Andrew.

This is what I learnt about Andrew while he fixed a burst hose in my kitchen sink that other plumbers told me was impossible to fix, and that I'd have to replace the whole tap.
Andrew is a good bloke, he's honest, mindful, respectful and cleans up as he's working. Andrew is the rare kind of tradie that actaully returned my missed call even though I didn't leave a message. Andrew was at my place the same day I called him and arrived when he said he would. Andrew is positive and finds joy in solving problems and helping people. He even waited while I went to do the after school pick up. Who does that? He's the kind of good bloke you could sit and talk to for hours and walk away with new perspectives. I have a feeling Andrew might be here for a bigger purpose.however if you want a plumber that doesn't return calls, can't do your job because its too much effort or too small and not worth their time and doesn't turn up when they say they will, then call someone else. There's a good reason there are all positive reviews here. I only wish I found him sooner it would have saved me a lot of time on the phone. Andrew will be my go to for plumbing and who I recommend moving forward. Thanks for the tremendous service.

Absolute legend.all the positive reviews tell the story.he's a genuine nice guy, great plumber and helped us when we really needed it.came around super quick at 5pm on a weekend and charged a very reasonable fee.he said if we had any issues in the next few months to just gives us a call and he'd come out and fix it.low and behold, 2.5 months later we did have another problem, and he came out within the hour, at 5: 30 on a Sunday no less and fixed it quickly for us.wouldn't even take some beers as thankyou!

Andrew was amazing! Was quoted for $2.9k to replace the entire gas line by a big plumbing company in the area (didn’t even do a proper assessment). After a thorough check by Andrew, the valve at the water heating unit was the only culprit. Not only did Andrew do an awesome job but the price was very reasonable and saved us being duped! Called Andrew in the morning and he came and fixed everything by 3: 40pm! Incredible. You saved us time, money and we all can have a hot showers now. Thank you so much Andrew, you’re a legend!:)
