After buying our first house we ran into some plumbing issues and I am extremely grateful I found Hts. I couldn't be happier with the service, price and professionalism - Andrew is a legend of a dude and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Andrew was highly recommended by a friend when we asked for someone to check all my storm water pipes. We were expecting it to be a huge job. Andrew came and inspected the drains. Then, provided options for a full fix or partial fix and took the time to explain the pros and cons of both. We appreciated the fact that he didn't quote the biggest job he could knowing that we were prepared for a huge job.

Our watertank pump (connected to toilet) was playing up and Andrew came over same day I rang, made light work of it. He’s also installed a tap for us to run rainwater to our front garden - something I’ve wanted since we moved in five years ago (!). Quick quote, no fuss work. Job done in a few hours and left our place very tidy. So glad we’ve found a local plumber who is responsive, knows what he’s talking about and never pushy. We’re on one income now so it’s great comfort to know we can go local with Andrew and we won’t get ripped off.

Andrew was extremely helpful and efficient. He removed and reinstalled our new oven. Even had time to fix the leaking spa and troubleshoot the solar hot water system. We called in the morning and he was there within 2 hours! On a Saturday! We highly recommend Andrew and will leave his business card on the fridge for future jobs and recommendations.

If you are looking for an experienced plumber with a heart of Gold Andrew is your man. He is not the Cheapest but I have just him more than 10 times for my 3 different properties and not once he had come back for the same job. So paying a little more gave me the assurance that it’s been done right and no further headaches and no more money spent. Always on time and finished his work in given Time frame.

We had some gas and tricky sewer work done. Great work.not the fastest in the world, but quality results. Arranged all the legal point of discharge for us. Nice guy.

Thank god for Andrew! Had been quoted 2k by Plumbfirst who told me I would need my pipes dug up for my blocked sink. Andrew came and fixed it within a couple of hours for a very reasonable price. Great guy who is passionate about his job. High recommended! Will definitely call him again for future jobs.
