I highly recommend using HTS Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We had Andrew check over our rental property after the real estate agent provided us with a list of defects and issues that would need to be fixed to align with new gas safety measures. Andrew was able to offer and perform a much more cost effective solution which also provided minimal disruption to our tenants. He is very knowledgeable in his field and a skilled worker. He also found time to investigate a slow hot water system in our house and provided great insights on how it is being affected.

Absolute champion, came through on the day not long after calling, and had a good chat and a laugh as he fixed my toilet. Even had a look at some other things whilst at it and fixed my kitchen taps at the end for nothing extra. Can't recommend enough, will be my go to plumber moving forward.

This legend came out on a busy day to come look at my blocked toilet this morning! Did such an amazing job! If I could give 10 stars I would! I Highly recommend Andrew for all your plumbing needs!

Andrew promptly came to fix a blocked main sewer line. He explained the issue to do with ageing pipes etc and showed me cctv imaging of the sewer where the blockage had been. Overall, very professional, courteous and great to chat with. Very fairly priced compared to other quotes I had too. I will definitely be using Andrew for all future plumbing needs!

Andrew was amazing! My house was flooded thanks to a combination of poor re-stumping tradies who took down my storm pipes and roof plumber carelessly not joining the bottom attachments with new down pipes. Andrew not only fixed other tradies mistakes but had to rearrange all my pipe system under my veranda that was also poorly done by another plumber 24 years ago. This guy saved my sanity, because no other tradies would have put in the work, let alone the effort Andrew did. I found him to be very honest, dedicated and caring towards humanity in general, a rare trait today in any industry! Thank you, Andrew, so much for saving me! I recommend this guy to anyone and everyone who is seeking a plumber!

Andrew was great, spoke well, professional and more importantly very knowledgeable.
He is very responsive and down-to-earth. We appreciate him answering all our questions about plumbing and even encouraged us to ask! He was very transparent, so we felt very comfortable with the service.

Initially, we wanted our shower drain unclogged, but the problem returned, and sure enough Andrew came out right away. He helped us to investigate the issue and it turned out there was a bigger issue. He recommended what we should do next, who to contact, and without charging anything more.

We had an issue with the hot water system. Andrew did an after hours visit, couldn’t fix the problem but did not charge a cent. That’s very unusual! It shows he is an honest and professional person. Highly recommend him!
