Branch 271 Collins Street Melbourne.
Waiting in line for a long time with only 2 tellers open. Many staff behind the counter sitting inactive at workstations.
Staff member who attended me worked very slowly (albeit thoroughly) but allowed a Chinese customer in ahead of the line and then to interrupt when I was at the teller.
We all have better things to do with a lunch time than wait in a bank for poor customer service.
