The online appointment only helps doctors to say they completed TeleHealth appointments even though they never called the patient

Poor patients have any no options to give any feedback at least whether the appointment was fulfilled.some jokers created this APP to rip off patients & govt money

Patients can complete forms online or on the app and then they get uploaded directly into our clinical software. It saves so much time and paperwork. Love it!

We started a new practice without any chance to plan and without any admin staff for the first 3 months! We would not have made it through this impromptu start without HotDoc!

I'm very happy with HotDoc but with the recent change from 6 months to 5 months before booster dose of covid vaccine is able to be used, I have had to "officially" lie when it asks if I have had my 2nd dose more than 6 months ago. I said "yes" when I haven't but it is more than 5 months.

Can you as a matter of priority modify the software to reflect 5 months rather than 6 months.

If I could choose more than one reasons I would say product features, overall value, customer service and support are all reasons why I like Hotdoc. Excellent work! Keep it up

HotDoc is fast to update its features in the ever changing COVID environment. This tool has been an exceptional help during the last couple of years. Customer support is readily available and staff are very pleasant to deal with

Fantastic online booking service, simple to use with great support. The Covid vaccine booking procedures have been a valuable resource to our clinic helping our Covid vaccine sessions to run smoothly due to the easy online consent form. Patients love the appointment reminders and this has reduced our no-shows to nearly zero. Highly recommend!
