One of the best doctor in Melbourne Dr Satish Singh here in Hopper general lane.my mum was suffering from severe dermatitis.have changed 8 doctors including two specialist no one has treated her well.with doctor Satish Singh he checked on first time she gets better 80% in the first week. Highly recommended

My family have been regulars at Hoppers Lane GP for a few years now, and after recently welcoming our 2nd child to our family, I decided to have a vasectomy. The procedure was performed by Dr Singh and was so quick and easy. Dr Singh and his assistant nurse made me feel very relaxed before and during the procedure. Dr Singh is very professional and I highly recommend anyone considering a vasectomy, to enquire at Hoppers Lane GP first. The procedure is $500 out of pocket after a rebate from Medicare which is very reasonable. I must admit I was quite nervous but honestly there is nothing to worry about. A quick procedure and a few pain killers afterwards, good to go back to work quickly. Thank you Dr Singh

Attended the practice for a vasectomy procedure.ended up in a great deal of pain and unable to walk properly for over a week. On top of this, my Medicare reimbursement was not processed leaving me out of pocket over $200

I emailed and was told to expect a phone call to sort these issues out.guess what? It's been over 9 days and still waiting.

Horrible experience, do not recommend

Cons:

- My only fault with this place is time management, most of the time appointments are 5-20mins late in my experience. And not enough seating for busy days.

Pros:

- Very clean practise, always smells nice and no rubbish and medical procedures I've had here have been comfortable.

- Friendly and understanding staff, Never had any bad experiences through doctors or receptionists.

- Doctors are knowledgable and empathetic, Highly recommend Dr. Satish and Dr. Ead.

- Bulk billing and pathology and radiology are 2mins walk from GP.

I would advise against booking an appointment with Dr Satish Singh at this clinic if you’re a woman with PCOS, or have had a miscariage.

My partner came home in tears caused by frustration from Dr Singh’s lack of empathy. He falsley claimed my partner didn’t have PCOS, when she in fact does, and showed an overall lack of education on the topic. It’s fine for a GP to not have all the answers, but to confidently misdiagnose with absolutely no empathy for what my partner had gone through is simply inexcusible.

Great clinic and easily accessible resources for xrays pathology physio while range for young and old

Having an appointment at 11: 30. They confirmed and reconfirmed the day you have appointment. Drs running late but no excuse or apologies from staff or dr because they are working. If it wasn't for my kid. I would have left. They should have a cash back policy for making patient wait or be on time for appointments. I have to take leave to come here. Very disappointing. Wish could have give half star.

Appointment cancelled by clinic less than 30 mins before scheduled time when I was already on the way. This place has deteriated over the past 18 months, recommend to look elsewhere.

Reception staff are unprofessional, everytime I come here Medicare seems to be "down" or "things aren't working" so am made to lodge the rebate myself.

Waited over 45 minutes for my appointment. And This happens regularly here. If you need to be somewhere I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Dr Musku is the worst doctor I have ever had. He only says something if you ask him several times. No interactions or whatsoever

Bumch of idiots running the place, have no idea about time management, th doctors are nice and have good knowledge but the staff and the time management is very poor, not recommended

Absolutely fantastic, I have had the same doctor for years now and he has always been friendly, caring and supportive of any problems or concerns that may arise. The clinical experience of the nursing staff is second to none.

The best in the west! Doctors are highly qualified, professional, proper English and live up to genuine, utmost care for patients.
Their team come with a comprehensive range of specialist subjects from skin cancer and dermatology to gynaecology and paediatrics.

My family have been going to this doctor surgery since it first opened.

We have a couple of doctors who we see for our regular ailments, however when those doctors are not available, we see the first available.

All of the doctors we have seen have been professional in their dealings with us. We highly recommend.

This is the best GP in the area.
Dr Musku is very good, remembers his patients and doesn’t just palm you off with “Here’s a med cert, and take some Panadol” like nearly all the other doctors in this area.

We are a family of 4 all of which have been to the Hoppers Lane GP's on multiple occasions. We have found the doctors, nurses and the reception staff all rather caring and professional. Dr Leane Wong was my shared care ob during my 2nd pregnancy who was so witty and caring. Dr Philip Ead looked after my first born, my mother and my partner and was very kind and approachable. Dr Martha was my general GP who was warm and knowledgeable. There is not one single thing I could fault this practice. It is a shame that we have now relocated to the other side of town. I have found it difficult to find a welcoming practice quite like HLGP.

Appointment at 9PM, came at 8: 50PM, checked in. Then 9: 05 still there were 3 patients before me. At 9: 30PM, one of the front counter staff came in the room right after the 3rd patient left. It was 15 mins or so. I came to counter to ask another staff to see What’s going on. She rang the doctor to let him know I’ve been waiting. Then the other counter staff got out straight away to let me in. So, I waited for another 15 mins for the story between that staff and the doctor! Excuse me, What is it? I saw the doctor for 3 mins and got to wait for nearly an hour after my appointment time! Come on!

Most of the doctors are good. I usually see Doctor Amir but other doctors like Ansari, Lione Wong are also very good.

Not so professional radiologist. We had a scan and he was looking at time and showing irritated facial expression because our baby scan was not seeing properly and he was pressing hard on wife belly. It was an unpleasant scan for us.
