Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor as they were running 45 mins late and was charged for car parks

Sadly couldnt have my usual GP so tried a one was on the day. Oh sort of a shocking experinece only realised afterward -been ripped off. Imagine you paid for some help but did not get any. At least you get bulk the bill. But no. Sorry I couldnt help but I must charge you for the 6 minute lip service, $11.50 per minute. Certainly drives me away from the Dr!

Have been going to hoppers lane GP for myself and my kids for the last 6 years and always had a wonderful experience. All the doctors I’ve seen there are amazing and compassionate including Dr Pasha Hazrati, Dr Amir Faham and Dr Renata Krowka. Always a caring approach and not the type to want you in and out the door for money, they actually listen and help. My only complaint is having to wait days to get an appointment which is tough when kids are sick you want to get in quickly. But aside from that it is a wonderful centre and we are loyal for a reason.

To Dr. Amir, Your medical expertise is truly fantastic, your friendly and knowledgeable makes every visit a pleasure. The warm reception I receive from your team is remarkable. I also adore the beautiful plants in your reception area; they create a calm and soothing environment.

When I go for an appointment they are curtious and helpful and I always get very good attention.

Best GPs in the area. Well maintained place as well. No crazy wait times like other places. I would highly recommend this practice.

Most of the doctors are ok, they don't listen, but gps never do. The receptionists are not very good at their job and very rude.

Receptionist was very attentive and efficient and pleasant! I watched how she interacted with people in a warm and friendly manner which (I feel) is so important in an environment where people are feeling ill, anxious, worried, upset perhaps. Lovely girl.

Dr Pasha Hazrati is the best. Very attentive and happily looks for extra information for his patients. I have been going to Hoppers Lane for years, and will continue to do so.

The doctor was very good to fit me in at short notice so that I could get the anti virals I needed.

It took years to find an exceptional GP with the knowledge, passion, compassion & quite frankly care factor I was seeking with complex medical needs.
My Dr is professional, caring, empathetic, experienced & works practical full-time hours as I have noticed with other practitioners at Hoppers Lane so patients can actually get appointments & the up to date online booking system is hassle free & reliable to use anytime which I value as a Mum.

Tried this clinic as a new patient recently and every encounter I had there were issues. Whether it was incorrect billing from the receptionist, lack of communication (they tell you they will get back to you and never do), the final straw was the Dr prescribing the wrong thing, am still awaiting an apology on that one. Needless to say I won’t be back and recommend others looking for a new clinic to give this one a wide berth.

Extremely disappointed by the reception staff who didn't spare a min before turning down my 6 year old who had fallen down and was in extreme pain! I very politely advised that - this is our usual clinic but i dont have an appt today but urgently need to see a doc. The first response to this was a straight, "We are not a walk-in". I know that already as it is our usual clinic. Was advised to take my son to another walk- in clinic but they couldn't have tried and put us on stand by or waiting? The doctors are amazing but not sure if i would like to be treated this way when we need to see a doc. Very poor

Mixed billing from 1/10/22, haha watch the profits disappear you grubs. It will become a concession hard holder only clinic, great business model. Only 2-3 doctors worth going here for anyway.

Dr Louly and nurses are the best. But Indian? Receptionist lady was sooo rude. I couldn't understand what she said, I asked "sorry? " then she sighed loudly and then hung up on the phone without answering. I waited 15 minutes for the phone to connect! I felt angry all day that day. Terrible experience!

I have been going to this clinic for a total of five years, the last three while I've been living in another suburb. Now I've been informed that bulk billing is no longer available to me. No benifits for loyal patients.
No point travelling the extra Kilometers now. A bit disappointing.
