Good customer service at the front desk - that’s all about it.don’t expect much on their massaging skills. I guess you get what you pay for:)

I had my first pregnancy massage here,
it really does live up to the 5 stars! It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had, the staff memeber i had was extremely nice and made sure i had the best experience, i couldnt thank her enough!

Amazing massage, thank you to the team who always no matter who you get always seem to be very skilled and the price is fantastic. The massage was firm and the team was good about changing pressure as needed.

Professional therapists, clean & Hygenic business. Guess they should offer some discounts to regulars.

Great massage salon at cheap prices. Got a remedial massage and they were able to go through all the tight spots I had and knead it out. Walked out feeling very relaxed and refreshed. The rooms are very clean as well. Great customer service was provided throughout the entire session. Will be coming back in future.

Amy and Yen has been fantastic as always. Exactly what I needed coming out of the lockdown closure. Amy provides the best advise applicable to your body and muscles. Yen is also extremely good in understanding tight muscles and gives a good stretch at the end as well. Chris is pretty awesome with communication from bookings onwards. Keep up the good work guys (Y).

I love going here. Staff are friendly and I am never disappointed with the massage. Great prices. Also qualified for pregnancy massages which were great!

They have a great team at Holiday Calm. My family and I have been going here for awhile and Chris and the girls are always friendly and pleasant and very professional in what they do.

Being quite an active person, the massage is always tailored to whatever sore spots I have and the girls always enquire about any issues that may have arisen since my last visit.

The premises is very clean and I have no problem recommending them for all your massage needs.

After being recommended Holiday Calm and going for the first time, I can see why it has such a high rating. The experience is amazing to say the least. I have since been back on several occasions with neck and lower back issues and each time without fail I walk out of there feeling a relaxed marshmallow with the neck and back issues nowhere to be felt. Would continue to highly recommend Holiday Calm any chance I get.

Ive been coming here also for years since they had only one shop now two. I come here twice a year for full body waxing and 1hour massage afterwards. I saw Amy when i was there she did both full body waxing and 1hour massage on me she was fantastic. Chris was the receptions and you could ring him up on the day and get an appointment if not busy.

I am so glad I tried this spa. Very friendly team. I had a lomi-lomi massage and a scrub, it was very relaxing, I was continually asked for feedback during the session to check if I was comfortable, explaining beforehand what the next steps were, clean and well set-up rooms, and very peaceful environment. I will definitely be returning to Holiday Calm, and will recommend everyone to try their many options for a wellness session.

I've been going to Holiday Calm for years now. Gina is excellent at relieving muscle tension. I usually never let Masseuse touch my neck as they make it worse but Gina worked wonders and loosened up the tension in my neck after many years of pain. I can't recommend her any higher, she’s excellent. Thank you for all your help Gina.

I've been a regular for the last year. This place consistently delivers great massages! Gina is wonderful at realising neck and shoulders tension. Great value!

Facility is very clean. Staff behave professionally. Perry was kind, respectful, and showed concern about my privacy and any medical condition I may have. I felt safe while having my massage, so much so that I just fell asleep. Usually I wouldn't if I could sense if a place were dodgy. I was so relaxed.

I travel quite a distance to visit Holiday Calm. Driving past many other options closer to home. Gina is now a permanent fixture of my personal care regime. Getting the knots out. The business itself is well setup and always very clean.
