Holiday calm

Lived just about next to this place for years, i wish i had known earlier how good it was. Reasonable prices, super clean ajd wonderful therapists. Highly recommended.

Great place to unwind and relax, good working professionals! Went for deep tissue today from Lou and am going back for another next week! A+

Haven't been here in years as I had moved away. The massage was good and now they offer health insurance rebate. If I lived closer I'd go more often.

Alexandra is amazing, beautiful massage and positive energy. I came out of there like on a cloud. Cleansed and relaxed!

I loved the overall experience at this place although I have a few comments in regards to accessibility. I am a person living with disability which makes it hard for me to mobilise. I booked a service called Vichy shower. Apparently the rooms are upstairs and they don’t have an elevator, just the stairs.first recommendation I would suggest is to put an elevator inside the salon - everyone deserves to have a good spa - even disabled people. They offered me 90min massage and 30min facial instead which ended up being cheaper but I missed on the special treatment, body scrub, the hair wash and body shower. This is not what I expected or came for. The thing that made me most upset is that the receptionist said that they won’t be able to provide the service I booked to me without even asking me first if I was able to make it upstairs on my own or offering help. On my way out I actually went to the restroom and I saw those stairs and those type of stairs I could definitely make because they had railings, I would just need more time. Please never assume what a disabled person can or can’t do based off of just how they act. Always ask. I feel so so upset and belittled again because these type of things happens all the time even when I’m trying to do some self-care and get away from it all. The receptionist apart from that interaction was very sweet, helped with doors and generously spent time on me. Same with spa professional - they made me feel really comfortable and helped me roll over when I needed help, also did an amazing job at massage and facial:)

This place is located in a very unusual place. Parking is a problem. The staff were great. The space is very clean and relaxing, and the choice of treatments provided is extensive. The prices are very far in relation to the quality of the treatment. I have been twice and look forward to my 3rd visit. I want to try every treatment on offer.

I had a remedial massage by Jii, focussing on my back for my chronic back pain problem, she did a great job, simply brilliant and professional. Exceeded my expectations. I am going there next week too!

Great massage with Kim, very professional in providing Lomi Lomi massage which is rare to find. Will be coming back for sure. Joe

Great experience, easy to find, not sure if there is a lot of parking close by. They ran on time, used up my full hour and all in all a great experience. Left feeling refreshed!

Upon first impression, awesome customer service on the phone. They asked whether I wanted a female or male massage therapist, and I feel as though you don't always get the preference at other places. The massage therapist was friendly and checked in every now again about the amount of pressure she was applying. She focussed on the areas I asked for extremely well and I appreciated it, as sometimes you can ask for particular focus areas but don't get much focus on it.

It was so reasonably priced, and I will definitely be returning. I paid $70 for a one hour deep tissue oil massage, and it's such great value!

The venue was clean and I really enjoyed my massage, I felt calm, comfortable and relaxed for the duration of my experience.

Parking is a little tricky, and it is likely that you'll have to find street parking so just be mindful of that. Other than that, a wonderful experience, and I'm looking forward to going again!

If you are looking for someone with amazing hands, this is the place to go. Amy is a godsend! As a marathon runner, my muscles are continually tight and I know I can count on Amy to help me out on a consistent basis. Holiday Calm continues to be amazing value!

We’ve been going to Holiday calm for almost 2 years now and I never thought I would have such a horrid experience at a massage place let alone one which I’ve recommended to many. Yesterday my husband and I went to get our usual massage and I had a new therapist since my usual one was on her day off. During my massage I told the therapist the pressure was too hard so to go softer and then I felt something sharp on my back. When I asked her she started explaining how a massage works. None of it made any sense to me and thankfully the massage ended. I told my husband that my back was burning and to take a photo and I was shocked, I had scratches all over my back. I can’t believe a massage place would have someone with long nails and such unprofessionalism. Definitely will not be going back and utterly disgusted with my experience at Holiday calm.

It was the worst massage ever. I booked for 2 hour wanted to enjoy a massage and relax on the first day of the New year.

However, when I finished, I only had a bad headache for whole day.

The lady was obviously inexperienced, 2 hours is too much time for her, so she kept repeating the same teniques again and again with no knowledge of the right pressure points till the time up. Stong pressure on sensitive area but even doesn’t know how to solve sore muscles at all.

I have many massages, This is the first time I look forward to the time passing quickly. I didn’t like to complain, but when I got up, I had a terrible headache felt like I had been beaten up.

So many good reviews, I think should have some good therapists but you have to know not everyone.

I've tried MANY massage places and can finally say that I found the place that I've been looking for! Got the 1 hour remedial massage today. The place is super clean and calm (not like many other places where everyone's talking with each other or answering the phones) and Kai (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very professional, and focused a lot on my shoulders, just as I asked her! Great place, will definitely go back.

Excellent experience. My husband I and regularly attend for back, head, neck and foot massage. The therapists are very attentive and the shop is always fresh and smells beautiful.

This is our new regular massage place. It was absolutely wonderful. The woman was fantastic for myself and partner.

I've been to Holiday Calm many times before and each time it's been a lovely experience. Perfect massage by some very professional people.
Don't go around to high end massage parlours. It's excellent value for money massage services and it certainly helps with any back issues or stiffness in your body. Just perfect!
