I had a not so good experience, I told the lady doing my massage I had a sore shoulder meaning don't over do that area but she took it as work on that area I did say.its to hard 3 different times.now I'm in pain and can't lay on my back communication wasn't great

While the massage with Mami was exceptional, the environment was awful. The receptionist was unfriendly and clinical. They put me in their Vichy shower room for my massage, which is basically a bathroom. The bed was soft but plastic. Just really not nice or luxurious or cosy at all so felt a bit ripped off but then again, the massages are well priced so there’s that. Won’t be returning though. There are much better places.

I went for a relaxation massage. Received perfect service and was very relaxed. Highly recommended for couples too.

Today I had a 60 minute remedial massage with Kim. It was the first time we met and she was friendly, listened to my areas of concern and worked her magic!

It was truly one of the best massages I've had in a very long time and I've had many.

I highly recommend their services.
It's best to call beforehand to ensure they have a masseur for your preferred time and request. The rooms are clean, fairly quiet and all the staff are nice and professional.

Bonus is you can park for free in the surrounding side streets and utilitise your health insurance.

Generally reasonable availability. Eftpos and private health insurance claiming available on site.

Have been twice now, and both times I would rate higher than 5 stars if I could! First visit I booked a couples package for myself and my partner, we both loved our massages. I love a lot of pressure and that's what I got. My boyfriend's masseuse was on her knees on his back and he said it was great! The couples package also had a spa portion which was really lovely - the spa was big (for us anyway). Plus the smells and the music were so relaxing. We loved it so much that 2 weeks later, when we were feeling sore we booked it again. My boyfriend was so relaxed the second time he fell asleep. My masseuse worked all my knots, even the ones I didn't know I had. This place is such great value for money, the people are lovely, great service, great ambience - couldn't recommend any higher!

This is one of the best massage place in south east of melbourne. Professional and very trained therapists. Never had complaints in service. Loyal customer for past 5 years.

I have been going monthly to Holiday Calm for 9 years. It’s appropriate for the whole family, is super clean and professional. One of the best in Melbourne by far. Could not recommend it enough. I was going when it was a tiny little shop further down the road with 3 massage tables. It’s size now is testament to their professionalism and outstanding service.

I go here pretty often and the massages are always great and the service is impeccable. Definitely recommend.

Have been a loyal customer since 2014.have had other staff massages but my favourite masseuse is Josephine.haven't tried any other treatments except the facial deluxe with Amy and it was amazing!
it isn't easily accessible and limited parking off the side street.otherwise, rooms are tidy, hygenic and comfortable and the staff are polite, friendly and professional.

Well after my previous Day Spa closed, I was in the hunt for another with a Vichy Shower.and came across Holiday Calm. Wow! This place is incredible! So many services at affordable prices, it's a really nicely set up, and they have polite staff. You've definitely have got a new customer for life
