Hobbies Direct

Bought the Mongoose for my daughter and after telling her take it easy I crashed it at full speed into a steel post! I was amazed it didnt break anything exept a couple of pins came out which were lost so a called Hobbies Direct and Hamish understood what I needed and I ordered the replacement parts online. Quality products backed up by excellent customer service. Very impressed!

I recently bought two different cars and unfortunately for both cars we had an issue within the first day. One was a simple fix that Angus talked me through over the phone and the second was a broken servo which they duly replaced. It was sent overnight and the cars are both running. We make the drive down from Melbourne at least twice a month. Well worth it. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Fantastic prices and great quality and level of stock. We have many hobby shops local to us, but these guys outshine them all. Dont ever change, you guys are great. Hamish goes above and beyond for his customers as do all the others.
