Hobbies Direct are the best in the business. They are lightening fast, always get my orders on time. Super super helpful customer service if I can't find anything or need an alternative. Just so easy and a pleasure! My one stop shop.

Could not ask for better service! I recently purchased a Mojave EXB, motor, esc, controller along with other bits and pieces to make it all happen and Dan helped me get it all sorted even before I purchased it. Ive never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t need which seems to be a rare thing.prices are a bit higher on some items but they have price matched for me which helps with expensive shipping these days. Special mention to Dan as I feel he has gone above and beyond to help me over the last few weeks!

After speaking in length via email with Aaron I was able sort out exactly what I was after and he was explaining everything I needed to know and made me feel like a proper customer (something that is very difficult to find these days). Had a crash in my new rc car, had no idea what I needed, staff only too happy to give it a once over to make sure I got exactly what parts I needed. Fantastic professional service.

Greg online parts service. The way you can see all the parts in the exploded view, and click on the part, and add to cart, is amazing. Its really helpful when learning to work on your RC and makes it so much easier. Delivery times have been great as well. Excellent service from online shopping.

Always seem to be able to get the spare parts I need. Extremely fast delivery, even interstate. Great job guys

Sadly I have not had opportunity to visit this store as I live in different state.

Need more pictures of parts and some parts need description I do understand this can be timely exercise but it helps especially for more complex or upgrade part's

I made a purchase online and beautiful Australia lost my delivery. Both Hamish and Angus handled the whole situation with great empathy and resolution. I wish I knew that Direct Hobbies was in Geelong I would not have bought online. As a small business owner ourselves its nice supporting bricks and mortar retail stores.

Don’t normally take the time to write reviews but these guys definitely deserve it. Was new to RC’ing but these guys made it extremely easy to get into the hobby. All the staff that I spoke to were friendly and informative.
I have to give special praise to Hamish who has provided excellent customer support. You deserve an award Hamish! He has provided excellent advice, support and know-how in a friendly, easy to understand manner to help me build my confidence in the hobby. He has gone above and beyond expectations, especially with the after sales support.
Big thumbs up also to the Hobbies Direct website Parts Finder… totally awesome! The easiest way to find any part you need. Makes ordering so much easier, even for a beginner!
