Hobbies Direct

Just ordered from these guys. I am new to the rc world. My 6 year old is getting me in to them. Needed help before ordering and they were very responsive with my emails and very helpful. Will order more in the future from these guys.

The guys are absolutely amazing! Santa got my young fella a rc car for xmas, had a few little teething issues with bent driveshafts and steering servo saver, the after sales service was 2nd to none! Few questions about operating of vehicle and parts were on their way! Simply amazing

Cannot recommend Brendon at Hobbies Direct enough!
We had some issues with two products we purchased online through hobbies direct (both issues were well outside of hobbies direct fault), and Brendan was an absolute superstar in helping to resolve both issues. He was also very patient and knowledgeable in helping me decide best options during the purchasing process.

Repaired my sons car a week ago spur gear was broken had no problems paying for repairs. Son drove it once and happen again thought it was a issue with the cheap plastic gear but when I had a look at it was never put back together properly after repairs the gear was not lined up correctly and stripped the front of the gear. I then took it back the following week and left it wit them when I went it up was told it was $30 for labour charge even after I supplied them with a new gear. I was then told by Zack that works there that the repairs are not covered under warranty even though it was not repair correctly the 1st time. Very disappointing after I bought the car there and all the part for it and even took it back there for the repairs to find out their repairs aren’t covered under warranty apparently.

Awesome service from Brendon to troubleshoot the new RC crawler that my son had put through some very harsh environment. A great company that doesn't forget about you after delivering the product! Wish all companies are like them.

I have been purchasing items here for the last 5-7 years, half of my current RC collection were ordered from this company.
Their customer service is GOLD standard, the items listed and stock levels on their website is very accurate and they have a large selection of products wether it is for a beginner looking for their 1st RC to experts looking for kits and parts.

I live in Sydney and shipping takes about 1 week on standard post and 3-4 days on express. They are true to their word in terms of turnaround times. Every transaction i have had with them have been flawless and as should be and every order is shipped out within 1-2 days depending on time of order.

Their range of products are growing steadily, their operation and customer service is very consistent.
