Hoa Tran Restaurant

This has always been our favourite place to dine for years. Foods are delish and generous portions with reasonable prices. Staff are nice especially the supervisor guy who always make sure everyone gets quickly attended and looked after for no matter how busy it was. Only downside is the lady behind the cashier who never smiles and always gives sour face, but so far we got no problems.

Probably the best Vietnamese restaurant for variety in Springvale; if you're not a local that's a pretty big statement. Great place to take the family. Has upstairs sitting area; you may have to wait for a table

I have not been to this restraunt for about 5 years and I wasn't disappointed good food and friendly staff all at affordable prices

Everytime I'm in the area I will have brunch here, food is always the same quality. Value for money. Service is very fast. Never a let down. Really yum and inexpensive.

If I'm craving for Vietnamese food, this is the place I go to. QUICK, Delicious and large servings. If you're into ambience and formality, this is not the place though. Set up is informal and casual but the food is really yummy you just really need to read through a long list of choices. 31 and 51 are the usual menu num we order.

Came here tonight and requested to be seated somewhere quiet coz my 15 month old son was upset due to the noise. We were not accomodated and told us they need to clean the area but it was not near closing time. Manager did not care about the customers and tols my friend that she does not care. The restaurant was definitely not family friendly. The place was too noisy like a marketplace. We just came because we were invited by a friend. Otherwise, we would not have come.

Absolutely love this place. Best restaurant in the area. People lining up out front of the door as early as dinner starts. Be sure that you book ahead if you are going as a group of 4 or more or you'll be waiting for a while. Once in, it will be worth the effort. When in, you need to take your time and enjoy the succulent gastronomical delights awaiting you. Bon appetit!

This resturant use to be better. Its just not what it use to be.nows its smaller portions and poorer quality

The menu is long to read, many numbers and the waiters remember all the numbers and dishes! Very impressive! The service is very fast and the food is really good, highly recommended:) prices are really reasonable as well

Good food however I went here for fathers day the other day and the server got my dads order wrong and made him eat it. They are very not accomedating when orders get mixed up, they insisted we said the wrong thing instead of changing over the dish. This has happened 3 times every time we go as a family, one of our orders are wrong and then embarassed by staff members saying we said it wrong. It was a mess. Very upset watching my dad eat something he didnt want to eat. Black medicine soup. Felt sorry for him, he was too kind to cause a scene so he force himself to eat the soup. Thats the last time Im taking my family to Hoa Tran.

Best asian I've had in springvale. Service is quick. Portions are big and good very tasty. Not the cheapest around but reasonably priced +they have the popular mauritian fried noodles! Yum

I had the stir fry beef with chilli. Delicious.

This place used to be a solid 4.5 stars, not sure but it's either the owner or chef changed now it's like a 3 stars. Food is alright not the best though. Waiter looks very casual and not so professional. But still give this place a shot.

Awesome food. Great value for money. Don't expect anything fancy. But I've never been disappointed by the food. You'll have to wait a little while for a table at peak times.
