Authentic Vietnamese food that is both delicious and value for money. The serving portion is huge. The place usually has a bit of a queue during peak hours.

Authentic Vietnamese. Lively, bustling, quick service, fresh and great tasting food. Recommend the double pork chop with broken rice.

This is a place to go for a quick value for money delicious no-nonsense meal. Portion is very generous and quality goes beyond the price you pay - very satisfied with my meal. Not a place to go if you want to sit down and have a post-meal chat as table turnover is quick. Will come again to try other dishes.

Food is pretty good, but upstairs our cups were dusty and chipped.nothing’s wrong with the downstairs eating area though

This restaurant is a Must! Its not fancy to look at, but the food here, and the array of choices are brilliant. It's our favorite go to for a meal when in the area. Have been going here for about 20years, that I can remember. And not once, had a bad meal or experience. Delicious, fast, and extremely well priced. You won't be dissatisfied.

This is my favorite ‘go to’ Vietnamese joint when I visit Springvale. A super wide range menu to begin with which might make you indecisive of what to eat. However, my 10+ years with this restaurant I would say you can try pretty much everything. They are all tasty with big portion, depending on what you feel like. My favorite dishes are ‘Stewed duck noodles’, ‘Cambodian noodles’, ‘avocado smoothie’ and a lot more. Service here I would say it’s much friendlier and nicer than their early years, which I really like. The price is between $12.5 to $15 per dish which it’s very reasonable. I do highly recommend Hoa Tran if you have no idea where to eat. Check them out guys it’s worth it.

Excellent, tasty Vietnamese/Asian food with a great busy atmosphere. Reasonably priced for excellent food. Wide variety of choices on the menu and if you get stuck, there are pictures to help you choose. Staff a very prompt and service is prompt. Love coming here.

Apple custard smoothie and milk tea with pearls is very yummy! This is our second time ordering and we will buy more. Delicious!

Good foods but very rude service, not my first time here so I didn't expect good service but wow! It surprised me when the waitress ROLLED HER EYES on me with my request on food literally she did this

Rude waiter with a very poor attitude really ruined our evening. There are plenty of good food joints in Springvale that appreciate their customers, nothing really special about this place. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere.

Food tasty but quality control not great. Ordered chicken dish, very little chicken more of salad and rice for nearly $20. Service good. Bit of a rip off. Prices used to be better.

Always super quick to make your order. Food is tasty, the menu is extensive and everything is very cheap. Can feed a party of 4 for $50. Can get busy during peak times and sometimes have to wait for a table.

Be aware of BONE SHARDS in your meat. Ate Cơm tấm, bit on chunk of meat and realized it wasn't meat but a shard of bone and immediately spat out chunk. Such hard objects in food can crack teeth.

I've been eating here for years. Great food although recently increased the prices by over 10% Still good value though not what it used to be.

Epic menu choice and quick service make for easy for mid week lunches with colleagues and friends. In the heart of Springvale with markets all around. Food quality can always be improved at all of the fast paced restaurants around Springvale, but most people will enjoy anything they order.

Hands down one of the most popular Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Always busy so you might have to wait in the line (do let the restaurant know you are waiting and how many people) during peak times. Really good portion, and the menu selection is huge.

My meal came first after 10 minutes and husband’s 35 minutes after. 2 tables that came after us have ate and gone before we finished. Asked waiters many times to check and they kept saying “soon” but I doubt they followed up. Unfortunately, won’t be going back.

Nice place could get busy in rush hours. Food is really great and delicious. Fast and friendly service. Dishes served within 5-10 minutes. It would be wise to call ahead if you planning to go out with large group since they have limited space.
