Have been here numerous times. Very busy place, food is excellent. Large varieties to choose from. Service is average. Definitely worth a try.

Food is tasty and delicious, very fast service. However, customer service could be better in terms of being more patient with us while we are still deciding on our food. The environment looks nice and tidy.

What happened to this place! LOUD. DIRTY. SCARY! This restaurant has gone steeply done hill. It's beyond me why people still go here when there is so many CLEAN alternatives with good service. This place has dropped the ball. Staff are disinterested. Start to finish its a nightmare of an experience. Please be careful should you choose to eat here. Do not recommend it on any level. My partner got very sick after their meal.

It's been 10+ years since I've been here and it looks to still be going strong. We ordered takeaway due to covid restrictions and had the sweet and sour pork with tomato rice such a generous amount of pork and rice which were all nicely individually boxed. The pork is so crispy and paired so well with the sweet and sour sauce.

Ordered takeout bbq pork and when I got home only received raw beef strips and noodles. Very disappointed. Even though the place was busy this is not acceptable paying for raw meat and noodles

I have supported this restaurant since 2004, but today I was very disappointed, I told them about the incidents of the spill many times in the past but they never took notice at all, I never got the refunds or exchanged the new ones and they never changed the way of packing.

Again today they really really let me down it happened again. I showed them the photos about the spill-they blamed it was my fault that I broke the take away box until I virtually brought their good condition-take away box to show them in person. Then they wanted to give me a new ones, but I had enough I didn’t want anymore and I won’t go again ever.

I would not recommend this restaurant to other people. There is bad service and they are rude.

So many things to choose from the menu. Reasonable price and delicious too. Clean and friendly service.

Service was terrible ever.
Waiter slipped the sauce ball (for vemicelli salad) on our table when he served which was only mistake. I was quietly clean my handbag which was few drop splashedto there, but that's fish sauce, he kept saying to me that wasn't happen.sooooo rude.just need to say sorry and get me some towel to wipe, wasn't it?

Food are good. Price maybe a little higher than the others. But the worst thing is the cashier always approx $1 over charge or short change you. Take a pic on the price of your order.

Abundant choices of food. Good price to get your belly filled.
However, their hygiene practice is one thing to be concerned when you eat here ;)

Very tasty and freshly cooked food at more than reasonable prices. Portions are generous which was a pleasant surprise as well! Very little wait time too. Fast turnaround of dishes. Will definitely come back. Thanks for the Vietnamese food experience!

Been coming here for 15 years. Never been dissapointed. High quality Vietnamese cuisine, amazing prices and extremely fast service.

Really nothing to write home about. The food is identical to literally any other asian restaurant around the area. My friend said his fried rice was a little bland and my shake was kind of watery but the worst part is they forgot one of our orders completely. I understand that they can be busy at times but it was disappointing to see the staff so rushed to get orders out and losing track. The only upside i can say is that the upstairs has a nice decor. Just don't really see the hype to be honest.

Exceptional Food and authentic Vietnamese flavour!

Amazing variety of dishes to choose from and largely satisfying portion sizes.
Everything is made fresh to order with a fast turnaround time.

However, Hoa Tran does lack in Customer service, this maybe due to a cultural difference of getting customers in and out as quickly as possible as they are quite a popular and busy dine in restaurant that also has takeaway options. If your after above and beyond service, this restaurant is not the place for you. Communication is very cut to the chase, no fluff.

Another thing I need to highlight is there hygiene practices do need improving. I have witnessed a Waiter sneezing without covering their mouth on 2 separate visits to this restaurant which has raised concerns in terms of returning.

Fantastic restaurant. Extensive menu but I felt like all the dishes were being done to perfection. I had the fried noodles and it was perfect - flavourful, smoky and the ingredients were fresh. Highly recommended and coming back here again to try everything else.

Authentic Vietnamese Chinese restaurant with consistent quality. Don't expect any polite service but food makes up for it. Been to this restaurant few times and food has been consistently flavourful.
Vietnamese food tend to be priced quite reasonably whilst other main dishes can above average prices in comparison to similar restaurants in the area.
There is a larger selection of menu items and food is served relatively fast even during busy periods.

When we arrived there on a Sunday evening, there was a que but we got seated after about 15 minutes. It was worth the wait, though. Service was quick and friendly. The menu has a huge variety of food and beverages and the quality was great. It's not a super fancy restaurant but it's worth a shot.

They have tons of dishes you can choose from, but the pho is one of the best thing you can get. The portion are huge, and it’s affordable. It’s quite hidden, so if you park on the main street, you need to go through the wet market near the carpark/apartment to find it.
