H&M reviews
59Can be overpriced sometimes but can mostly find good stuff on sale. Otherwise good designs, great material.
Some good value to be had, although the layout (particularly upstairs in the menswear section) is confusing - I still find it odd despite shopping here on a number of occasions - but I put it down to the layout of the original GPO building it occupies.
I guess the store is good but it's a real shame that such a beautiful iconic building is used for such commercial teeny bopper trash
Very well located in the hear of the shopping district. The shop is in a heritage building and utilises the uniqueness of the building to its advantage with an amazing abundance of natural light.
The cbd's H&M is not welcoming at all: it is hard to find the items you need as they are scattered around the store, no stagf around and yhe staff at the fitting room had a really bad attitude. The Chadstone's is more inviting.
Large variety of clothings at good prices. Building is huge but well-maintained. A place to go if you're looking for some affordable fashinable clothes.
This H&M is very conveniently located right in the middle of the city. It's almost too big (so much clothing yet they were sold out of the kind of jeans I wanted.), but the staff are very friendly and helpful when you can't find something. I also think their bathroom could be a bit easier to access, it was really far away from the actual shop.
Difficult to navigate around this store as it's not purpose built but easier if not so busy. Lots to explore with far more variety than some other stores in Melbourne. Very affordable. Men's wear has such a great range and caters well to the smaller man.
Love that they have the fabric recycle bins where you can take clothing that is beyond charity donation to. This is pulled apart and used for its fabric.
Its.one of those shops its a good idea until.you actually walk in and then is nothing special to big crammed with clothing and the quality isnt there its as if everything is just find a space
The most beautiful H&M I've visited by far. The building is beautiful and they have variety of items for you to choose. Love!
I had a special experience today. Beautiful street, nice building, crazy staff. The H&M staff was too rude. He looked Chinese and wore glasses. There is no basic service. He also failed to receive basic education. He's a madman. I felt really bad. I wanted to Hit. Be patient. Fuxk
Will not return to this store! After being over charged by nearly $100 with items on my receipt I had not even purchased. Returned to the counter to question items before even leaving the store to be told my purchase needed to be ‘further investigated’. H&M have since made no contact with me to resolve the issue. For an international company this is appalling customer service!
I bought some pants, but the safety device didn't get rid of them, so I went back a long way. But the man was never say sorry and in a bad mood.also he was cutting conversation and not responding properly.a Chinese man with glasses and short hair
As summer is coming up I wanted to get my hands on some cute, cheap bathers so I decided H&M is my best bet. As I was trying on the bikinis a random staff lady grabbed the curtains revealing me, she just said nothing and walked out of the change rooms. I'm never coming back to this place, rude staff, crappy clothes. It isn't worth it.
For such a big store they have a limited range of basics. Staff are generally helpful but then some staff didn’t seem to care whatsoever. An amazing transformation of the old GPO though.
The best H&M I have ever shopped at. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Set in a magnificent old department store which really makes for a unique experience.
Has a good office wear variety. Love the blazers. Some clothes are little bit over priced. It's H&M, not Cue or Prada
This is old iconic building in melbourne. Major renovation was done here and the feel of it is great. Real high ceiling with good fashionable clothes on display. I'm not a huge fan of H&M However they did a fantastic job. It's close to Myers and there are great cafes in the lane way next door.
Must visit if your in the city
