H&M reviews
59 One of the best h and m stores to look for sales!
I find their sale section more interesting than other branches
My favourite H&M store! Best deals and range of clothing, highly recommended, I never leave empty handed
Staff members seem wayyyy to busy to help anyone and made it seem like me asking a question was an inconvenience. They should also fix the website stock as it told me heaps of things were in-store. I went and the attendant was quite rude and told me they didn’t have any
I just got over charged, my money is being held, they wanted me to pay again without giving me a refund first for the first transaction very confusing now I don't have a receipt, I don't have any items I guess I need to call my back and hope for my money back. What a wasted of time
Doesn't look as big as the ones in the suburbs like Doncaster and Werribee but it feels like they have everything. Maybe it's the layout of the building. Anyway, I like H&M. Doesn't disappoint.
It's ok. But Uniqlo is better IMO.
BTW, The shirts have long sleeves if that's good for you. And I do like their Underpants for men.
Customer service was terrible, every person on the floor was rude enough for us to out back items and leave the store. The fits there arent worth the hassle
Went to the Bourke St store and the employees (mind my language) were absolute cows. First employee refused to check stock for me when I politely asked if they had another size, and the second asked me to walk out (half dressed) yelling “come forward” instead of coming to the change room. Constant swearing at their desk and poor attitude. Never have I had been spoken to by workers in their manner. Atrocious customer service.
A big store with huge collection of clothes with reasonable price. Women's collection available at ground floor and Men's/kids at first floor. The staff is very cooperative and helpful, the only thing which I didn't like is limited trial/changing rooms and have seen huge queues for trial.
Staff was so incredibly rude, every member refused to help us and we were told aggressively to “buy now and leave” when closing approached. I understand if the store closes, but we would have paid and left already if anyone was remotely helpful or even attending the checkout tills.
I have never experienced such hostile staff, but the jumper is ok.
Its the feel of the place that sets it apart from other stores. Loads of new items but unfortunately no sale at the moment
Massive multi level store with great fashion for the whole family at affordable prices. Great place to visit and shop till you drop.
Bad customer service. If you need assistance with an item, to check if there's any in the warehouse or something their reply is: " our system is not built for that. "
Beautiful building, good Jean selection. Not many sizes available.
Can't believe I haven't been here since it turned to H & M!
What a nice, bright, classy, and spacious store for a very reasonably priced clothes.
Definite revisit!
This store is huge but with so many hidden alcoves it's tricky to know you've checked the right places for what you're looking for - particularly women's wear. I also found it hard to identify a staff member for assistance and ended up asking the fitting room attendant.
Always like to go to H&M in the city. Good selection of jeans and tops for women. Shoes good too, reasonably priced. Home section not as good as usual. Lovely collection of clothes for babies, toddlers and kids.
Located at the Historic Post Office Building right in the Heart of Melbourne, H & M is a great place to Shop, great Service, Beautiful sorroundins and plenty of variety at very reasonable prices.
Popped in quickly, very busy, lots of stock, shop well presented will go back. Covid practice was good.very important to me
Across multiple floors, so much apparel for everyone, as well as other merchandise. Plenty of bargains across ranges of stock though not on what I wanted at the time. Good brands. Not necessarily a logical layout and many hidden alcoves. An adventure!
A vintage style with tall white Victorian ceiling attracts the crowd on Bourke street. It is a landmark building as it was previously GPO.
The collection at H&M is good with reasonable price.
It was crowded most of the time and specially during evening hours. Staff is friendly and is always ready to help.
