H&M reviews
59Rude staff very unprofessional. MEI MEI in fitting room section doesn’t even know her job. When I was returning clothes she asked me to bring hangers back from changing room very rudely. Hope H&M should not hire such people or you guys will lose customers.
Rude staff! They do not know about any stuff in the store! If you ask a question, they either ignore you, embarrass you or say that they do not know! As a customer, who else should I ask about a product other than the staff standing there?
This place is great. Range is great, prices are great, service is great, location is great and it's a really interesting space on top of all that. Well worth a visit
The cashier girl at ground floor was so rude, not friendly at all! So arrogant and talking with each other like customer was transparent. Didn't reply when I ask how are we, just so rude!
H&M is always a popular store throughout the world. This store in Melbourne is the flagship store, it is huge and with multi level. It is situated inside a historical century building "used to be a post office". So if you are not keen on buying any clothes, maybe just come to look at the building structure itself.
I'm heading to Canada this week for a wedding on Saturday and I was stressing over what to wear - yes it's last minute.
The lovely folks at H&M were so helpful, they assured me we'd find something and they were right!
Lana, Amy and Kaitlyn, thanks for your help and patience with me today! Another reason why I love H&M.
They have a wide and affordable selection of the clothing. There were a lot of areas to relax while waiting and the staff were friendly and always eager to help. Trying on and checking out were a breeze.
Be careful with refunds.
My wife bought a t-shirt for me using her card so, they didn’t give me my money back because She wasn’t with me. They only gave me a card to spend money with them. So, my money is not with me in the end. Very tricky.
Garbage low quality disposable fashion at inflated prices. Beautiful building its a shame its been leased to these parasites.
Jamei (guy at trials room) today helped me and my 8 yrs old son with a BIG SMILE
We really appreciate that Jamei was able to keep a big smile, welcome and help others even on a super busy Friday
I bought both the Ts that he recommended me to try and I am happy with my purchase
One of the most iconic H&M stores in the world! This is a perfect example of adaptive reuse of a heritage building. It used to be the General Post Office building but now breathes life as a clothing hub. A shopaholic's visit to Melbourne will not be complete without visiting this store, for both the ambiance and the great and reasonably priced finds.
I work in the city, so the placement of this store is very convenient. I find myself here every 2 weeks looking for my work basics, shirts, and jackets. The prices are reasonable, and I prefer shopping instore to online. Although nice initially, their sweater material doesn't like my brand new washing machine. It always come out looking more pill-iers. I steer clear of they're sweaters for this reason, otherwise good selection of clothing.
The staff that were here when my partner and I were shopping were absolutely incredible.
Went over and beyond to help us and find spare stock.
Can't speak highly enough. Ive seen some reviews of other staff being unhelpful and that may be true for that particular day but my experience was overwhelmingly positive.
H&M's flagship store, located in the grandiose building where the Australian postal service used to be. Walking in, you'll be submerged in meticulous detail of eras gone pass with a wide range of well priced clothing.
The staff are super friendly, look amazing, and are professional. Call out to the girl with the large purple braids, you were so on point!
The only thing I felt uncomfortable with was the over stimulation of my sensors, I felt like I was having a sensory overload, but I get that every time I go to a large clothing store, and speaking to a friend, she reckons it's intentional as a marketing strat.
Good cheap shopping with interesting clothing. The layout is not ideal for a shopping mall however forgiven as the history of the building is maintained.
This is a review for the cafe on the side facing Elizabeth. Great service, despite delay in food, I felt bad as the worker was clearly being rushed. Best chicken burger I have had in some time
If you need something quick then this is your place!
The sports socks are must buy if you like comfort.
A shrine to fast fashion. Too crowded and poor quality. Spend an extra $10 and buy something that will last.
Nice building, men's upstairs is cramped and the tee shirts are pretty poor, to much design on the back of them. Keep it's simple, keep it smart.
This place is a treasure trove of treats. Always a for sale bargain to be had and walk out with more things than I thought I needed or would buy. Really good quality though for the price.
