It’s nice, they seemed changed the recipe for the pho, it’s better, soup is cleaner and more original, I love they put coriander on the top, also the lime instead of lemon. I work next door so I think I will come back more often

As someone who enjoys Bún Bò Huế from home! Hien Vuong Pasteur definitely is on par with the quailty of their bowls.i would definitely reccomend coming to try their Bún Bò Huế!

I always come here because they have the best rice noodles, great range of other dishes and friendly service. The renovated restaurant is nice to sit in too. Not noisy and very clean and comfortable.

The new owners are doing such a good job of this place. We loved the old owners like our pho family. Looks to be in good hands.

The best Pho I've ever had! Very consistent with such a pure and rich broth. I've tried many different places over the years in Australia and Vietnam and Hien Vuong is the best, hands down.

Quite pricey for the area, but s affordable. Service was a little bit up and down on the night. I would recommend the food, but maybe just better to get takeaway and enjoy at home, the acoustics were also not fantastic given the size.

The food was very good however they swapped our noodles despite us being the only customers in at the time. Also found a mysterious plastic in my avocado shake.

Best Bun Bo Hue I've had in Australia. Rich broth, exciting chilli and great cuts for meat for $14.

A fantastic meal EVERY time! My family and I have been eating here for over a decade. The staff are always wonderful and the food is supreme!

I have been coming here for the last 6 years and the quality of the pho is amazing. The quantity and price are also top notch. It's looking very modern and contemporary with the new renovation. If you want authentic pho u have to come to Footscday and this place never disappoints.

The veitnam noodles here is in my top list. Love the chilli oil to add on to my noodles soup. Fantastic! I don't know if they sale the Chilli oil. They don't have any modern fusion dashes there, but they make the best traditional veitnam noodles. Don't miss out.

Very average Pho, for a large Pho bowl the place is so stingy with the meats and chicken etc. Nice new place but maybe its time for new management aswel?

Amazing service, nice clean restaurant, newly renovated, and great food. Had beef pho, spicy beef noodles (bun bo hue) and a few rice dishes there before and it never disappoints. My go to traditional restaurant, always consistent. Highly recommended

Nice soup noodles! Great range of sauces on the table. Min $20 when use EFPOS, which is quite normal at the area.

Best pho place in Footscray by far! The atmosphere, food and customer service are all A+, 100% recommend!

Not bad, has a kid size pho which was good for young children of those not eat much.just disappointed the toilet, someone forgot to flash it but than nice layout

I went to this restaurant because it's got the least people inside and I don't regret one bit. I had the pho with crispy chicken. The pho soup is not the traditional soup that you typically get in Vietnamese restaurant (I know, because I'm Viet) but they are delicious, less fats and less oil. The restaurant is very clean. They really sanitised it well. Owner and staff are so gentle and so nice. Thank you guys!

Pho here used to be the best in Footscray with very flavoursome awesome broth and very little MSG - this is coming from a true Vietnamese!

However after COVID hit they decided to change their broth recipie.the broth tasted very gross with loads of MSG and went very cheap on the meats. I understand they are trying to cut costs cos of COVID but they destroyed their signature broth in the process.

Definetly left an awful aftertaste in my.mouth and wont be coming back again unless they bring back their quality broth.

Pho is a missing a key ingredient Coriander. When I asked they said that they don't have it. More water less everything. It's all about profit
