We ordered the sliced beef and brisket pho, pork bao, and chicken spring rolls. The beef and brisket pho was full of flavour and tasted amazing! Pork bao also had a good flavour and the chicken spring rolls were served nice and hot with a beautiful dipping sauce. All items on the menu were a reasonable price. Would reccomend visiting this restaurant if you're in Footscray.

Had Wonton soup had plenty of wontons in the soup with pork, noddles, vegetables, nice big bowl of soup good, $17-18 dollars

The pho was outstanding. The food arrived quickly after ordering.have numerous payment alternatives.good value.

Please check any take-away orders prior to leaving the restaurant. Great food and tea however, I had ordered a take-away meal to eat later which unfortunately my trust in the Staff to get my order right was breached and broken. I had ordered their Vermicelli with Grilled Pork and Meat Balls to take home, only to find that it is not even that dish it was Vermicelli with Spring Rolls. Referring to my image, there is absolutely no grilled pork or meatballs present anywhere but a bunch of soggy spring rolls. With this terrible experience, the trust in the staff is broken and I heavily implore for others to check their take-away orders before leaving or even paying.

Great atmosphere and great staff responsiveness. Was sat immediately. Only real complaint is that mum's chicken dish came out finally after about 10mins of everyone else receiving their bowls of pho. Pho was very good, the mint was a bit overpowering with the flower buds still on the plant.

I'm a food enthusiast but I also highly recommend this dish. Pho's broth is always mildly sweet and full of the smell of fresh beef, combined with quite tasty vegetables.

This dish is what inspired me to book a vacation to Vietnam. Although though Pho has such a nice flavor, in my opinion, Vietnamese food may be even better.

The tender beef with broth that day still lingers in my mouth. Pho is such a great dish, it makes me feel like I've discovered a culinary masterpiece

I wish this Pho noodle restaurant could move to the side of my house so I could eat it every day

I have been eating at this place since 1996 and the previous owner (Uncle) and staff always made sure that me, my family & friends felt welcome with the best Pho in the area.

Ever since Uncle had to retire and new owners took over a couple of years ago, service and food has gotten from multiple awards standard to HIGHLY UNIMPRESSIVE at a ridiculously fast rate.

Last night, staff kept on getting our orders wrong and were largely uncaring. Soup was super cold and tasteless with no degree of care or flavour I had over the last 30 years.

Additionally, the cost was super expensive (they charged 3 of us $109 AUD+ for 2x small pho, 1x medium pho, 3x drinks, spring rolls and rice paper wraps with small sides).

I have been eating there as a long-time and faithful client over the last 30 years as my number 1 pho place in all of Melbourne to go to. It is so sad that it is just a whisper of what the store and food was, and I VOW NEVER TO RETURN AND EAT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN so I can conserve the memory and high food of what this place once had for me.

Note: if I could vote a negative star, I would.

Wish I knew about this dish sooner. From now on I won't have to waste time thinking about what I should eat because Pho will definitely be the best choice

I tried Bun Bo Hue yesterday and it was so yummy.definitely will comeback really soon to have it again

I don’t recommend this place!
I and my partner order Bun Bo Hue and Bun Dau Mam Tom, my Bun Bo was fine. However my partner’s Bun Dau came out with a few slices of pork and 2 pieces of Cha. There was no Tofu at all and the waitress didn’t inform us untill we asked. She said the kitchen told her there was no tofu but she didn’t let us know. She even offered discount for his meal but ended up charge full price. We don’t mind eat the substitute meals if it’s not available but please let your customers know in advance. Don’t ignore people like that and charge us like nothing happens!

Kid friendly, yum cha music it's quite peaceful eating here. Food is just right not to salty. Staff very friendly I'd pop in again!

We grazed. Food was quite nice, the Bo Bun Hue had a lot of subtle flavours that struck me as a Labor of love. Squid was cooked well, but not rubbery (in other words, perfect)

Stewed beef with rice noodles 100% memorable warm soup with wee bit spicy but ‘kickin it’ beef all AS ONE. (Shout out to it)

Clean, nice place. Owner very good and kind, we allowed brought our baby’s birthday cake in. We spend longtime for lunch and didn’t charge extra, so lucky. Food so fresh and yummmmmmmmmmieee ️
Best one in Footscray

Newest member of tenants on the busy Hopkins St serving vietnamese dishes. Although the place looks new from the outside, we felt like it wasn't taken care of properly resulting in a disappointing vibe when they can be so much more. The pho is tasty, clean broth although not as good as the other more famous ones along the same street. The combination rice has a strong tumeric flavour/smell compared to others but not in a bad way as it is still a great pork chop.
