Her Majesty's Theatre reviews
49A beautiful old theater with so much character and charm. No bad seats and great to see the amazing production of We will rock you.
We had great seats but space is tight!
If someone needs to get by, you practically have to get up out of your seat, think, economy class air travel!
Classy old theatre. Great viewing angles. Seats are a little narrow, but plenty of leg room. Staff were all great to deal with.
It's a beautiful theatre well maintained and clean with easy access. I have seen a variety of shows here. However, being from another era, the seats are too close to each other and whether you pay for expensive seats or not, you might have someone's head in your view.
I'm a huge theatrical fan. Aladin was good, Mamma Mia was great, but boy oh boy- SCHOOL OF ROCK was sensational.
Joe Kosky was Jack Black to the tee. Best performance in a lead role I've ever seen. And those kids where awesome, I actually want to experience this show again before it ends.
Well done Her Magesty's Theater and WOW, school of Rock
Went to a show 'the school of rock' for my husbands 60th. Was fantastic. Highly recommend. Also had a pre theatre dinner in one of the function rooms which was awesome. Service and food very good standard. Quan looked after us fantastically. Could not do enough to make our night special. Only reason I cant give 5 stars is because senior theatre person swopped out our special seats for lesser ones at the last minute. That was bad form and disrespectful to their customers.
The School of Rock is showing at this magnificent theatre and is sensational! The old girl was rocking with the Vibe. You must see this show!
Love the ambiance of this theatre, it's history etc but oh dear.the seats are just too close to the ones in front of you and impossi ble for others to pass you without you standing. On the other hand, the acoustics and the placement of seats so that no one else's head is in the way.that's excellent.
