Purchased a second hand dud and they were really nice the day I purchased it and other new gear but then very non-committal and evasive when I followed a few things up. Not really people I want to be around. Went elsewhere as there are other great places in the region.

Very good service, the guys know their products and advice is helpful. Plenty of parking and loads of customer service

My generator died mid use. Rang them they were fully booked. Told them how important it was to get done, they squeezed me in and fixed it. Bloody brilliant job and service. The price was good to. Very happy. Would recommend.

Great service and very knowledgeable team members. Went in to look at options for a new mower and walk out with a new one at a great price. Same can't be said for the other 3 places I tried first.

Asked for a quote to fix my mower and they charged me $70 for it. They could have fixed it for that much. Rude about it as well. I will never be back.

Excellent Service. I actually wound up buying three items from them, brush cutter and lawnmower plus chainsaw, and would happily go back again.

Rang to get a chainbar stud for a stihl. Get told 'we have heaps of them' so i drive 20 minutes to the store only to be told 'you asked for a screw, not the collar (stud) and we don't have any'.
Not much of a stihl dealer when cant get basic parts for a saw they were happy to sell you.
Super unhappy and i will never be back, i'll get my tools from E. E Day thank you.

Very disappointing, after reading the reviews, I feel like I was let down, 17 days to fix a spark plug, very poor service and no supervision over the apprentice who did the work, and I was going to order a ride on! Seems like the Rat needs some competition.

Waiting for my mower to be fixed. 5 weeks! Had to get a part flown in. Its like new. Very happy
