I’ve purchased two Honda generators from Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws, communicating by email throughout the transactions. Great and courteous service, excellent stock availability and fast courier dispatch once ordered. Henderson’s prices are very competitive and help and support for product purchases has been brilliant. Highly recommended by me.

Went in for some technical advice on chainsaws. Courteous and friendly staff behind the counter. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Ordered a couple of parts online and received excellent service (almost immediate replies to my emails) accurate time frames provided, and a good price. Definitely would recommend.

At first seemed helpfull but when there unsure of what there looking at there quick too be critical of if something is genuine or a inferior brand, yet the issue really was they were not up with newly released tech, something that was so new they were red faced and was quick too negatively judge before looking into it properly.very disappointed I won't return.

Not always the cheapest spot for parts, but easy to talk to staff who have never led me astray. Just about always had what I need in stock. If not they get it quickly.

If you need mower parts or service then try these people. Good range of parts and they know their machines. All good

I recently purchased a new Rover Lawn King 18/42 from Damien at Henderson Mowers the service from him was excellent and the mower is fantastic could not be happier thanks again guys for the great mower and great service.

Recently purchased Victa 82 volt lawn mower.working perfectly, easy to operate and very quick delivery. Highly recommend

1. Your mechanic tried to tell me I needed a new chain, despite it being replaced by your shop a few days before. The 'repairs' required also changed depending on who I spoke with.
2. $36? Seems we're both wrong, according to my bank statement I was actually charged $46. Bet I won't be seeing that $10 you overcharged me for though.
3. You missed replying to all the bits about your poor customer service, why you were unable to provide me with written advice for the repairs and why your staff thought it was OK to return my property in pieces rather than with the chain attached as it was when I gave it to you.
4. $1300 was the quote given to me by you, almost double what I was quoted elsewhere for the same repairs with the same parts and labour required.

Couldn't even give me a print out of repairs they quoted me for, more than happy to charge me $36 for the quote though.
Loved that I had to ask for my chain back and that the staff member 'assisting' me made it seem like the biggest inconvenience in the world, despite having rung to check that morning everything would be ready for pick up later that afternoon.
Wish I'd read a few of the reviews here before I'd bothered, maybe next time don't quote for a repair that's worth more than the equipment because of 'labour costs'.

Amazing service can not fault. Geelong store need to take a leaf out of your book. Cannot be any happier with my chainsaw purchase and guidance in getting the right one.

Great company to deal with. I live in a regional town and understand how important it is to support regional businesses. I could have bought my parts from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne but let's do our best to support regional firms that employ local people and families. Cheers.

30 mins standing at the front counter waiting to get served. 4 behind the jump and the only time I was acknowledged was when I walked out.

Not sure how to reply to yours on my phone so I hope this gets through. Was on the Friday before, about midday. There was 3 or 4 customers in there so it was busy enough. But it seemed that all staff picked a customer and peeled off and there wasn’t one left for me. You guys were great when I bought my saw and I had a problem with it early and got it fixed straight away. That was good. Been in 3 times since and had service issues with wait times all 3 times. Good luck in the future but I won’t be returning unless I have a warranty issue

Really impressed with Henderson Mowers & Chainsaws! We were unable to source a generator locally, so ordered one online from these guys. It was shipped the same day an when it arrived it had a personalised note in it with some helpful tips on how to use it, which I thought was a really nice touch. Will definitely purchase from them again

Arrived Early Sat Morning from Gippsland, these people didn’t know us from a bar of soap and we asked for help with a farm mower which had just been picked up and about to be delivered to a new owner. Had always gone first go but even after putting in a new Battery would not turn over.    Damian explained and we understood this was a very busy shop and especially Sat Morning and start of Spring where everyone is starting to mow, but they would try and help, and help they did springing into action checking fuel, spark, draining fuel tank and found petrol had sat in carburetor and being clogged went about cleaning it and once again we were back to going ‘first go’.

While waiting we did observe a VERY-VERY busy shop with each and every customer getting amazing service from everyone behind the counters.
