Arrived at 4.30pm Tuesday for urgent repair to a commercial grade Toro. The team were incredibly helpful completing the repairs and getting me back to work. Very reasonably priced and they worked till 5.30pm to get the job done.yeah extraordinary service. Thanks team.

My mum was given A1 customer service at Henderson Mowers today - he was so friendly and happily fixed her garden shears for her (discontinued edging shears). Support this great family business in Ballarat! Nothing is too much for them & they leave customers feeling fully satisfied - so rare these days.

Went in today with 2 x Ryobi wipper snippers that wouldnt run properly.
I could of easily been told to just get another one due to them being at the cheaper end of the spectrum but the staff stepped up and checked them both out and solved the issue.

Walked in to buy a throttle cable for a Briggs and stratton mower. Customer service rep (young bloke with curly hair) was direct and honest with the item and installation. The store was kinda busy but I had no wait time. I had a look around the store, great range and very good prices! I will be back again.

Capable of providing mixed experiences partially due to who serves you (they may try to help you or get rid of you). They have performed unsatisfactory work on my tools in the past; i returned out of convenience months later and they did a great job servicing my equipment. Hard to predict their quality at times but they have a great location.
