Hecho en Mexico

Stopped in at Hecho en Mexican for dinner and was not disappointed. The food was absolutely incredible, and very reasonably priced! Will definitely be back, and would recommend to a friend!

I'm not usually a lover of Mexican food but wow I was seriously blown away by the amazing food here. Great outdoor seating for a sunny afternoon. Time for a Corona!

The food was extremely delicious but the service was horrible.neither did they give cutlery nor water.we had to beg for everything. Overall a horrible experience. It's okay to hire good looking women but not at the cost of ignoring their customers which makes them write these reviews.

This is one of my favourite places on Brunswick street. The veggie chilli fries are my favourite, but the enchilada is awesome, and the tacos, and the little deep fried things. I forget what they’re called but they’re like flautas. I’ve always had good experiences with delivery too.

I had the classic burrito made vegan. It was very big and tasty! The vegan cheese was literally 3 or 4 sprinkles, rather than cheese on the burrito.

The vegan options are not labelled and when asking the staff they were very broad and didn’t advise me on what’s vegan or not. It would be great if the menu was clearly labelled to avoid that.

The overall vibe of the place is nice!

Probably one of the better Mexican spots in the area.comparing it to the Tex-Mex I had in Texas, it at least has similar flavours to authentic Mexican cuisine.

Had the chicken burrito and it was awesome. Ordered the hottest and it had my mouth on fire, loved it! A friend of mine told me the margarita jugs were massive and worth the price, but when they came out she said they were way smaller than last time. Friendly staff, and they really worked hard to accommodate my friend with FODMAP diet requirements. Loved the atmosphere and overall, would definitely go there again.

This is a place that encourages you to ‘share’ plates but doesn’t let you split the bill. Get with the times. Food was ok.

Always go to Mexican place. Great taste, good quality and quantity. Variety of drinks, food for vegans, gluten free, vegetarian and obviously non-vegetarian. People I go with always enjoyed

Delicious Mexican-style food, with great fish/veg variants of the dishes. Good range of alcohols and cocktails too.

Just went in for dessert. Had the churros which were good, but the sizzling brownie was simply amazing. Hot almost boiling chocolate sauce.

Great Mexican on Brunswick Street, I saw that there are others around Melbourne, I hope they are as cool and good.

Very poor service. Ordered food and waited over an hour and was not delivered on Uber Eats. Spoke to Carlos who said I had to sort it out with Uber and it was not their problem!
