At the Heidelberg venue. Tables not set up when we arrived 45mins after opening time. Online ordering via red QR code is not set for dietary requirements. I had to order with waiter and they can’t split the bill. Order was taken with staff member and dietarys were still incorrect - food was cold by the time it was sorted. They never cleared the tables before bringing the next course. I had to ask for the tables to be cleared. Water wasn’t refilled - had to ask. Ordinary experience at best. Margaritas were good - that’s about it.

Really enjoyed the food we had with friends here, ordered plenty of small plates. It took a while to come out but the quality of the food was excellent, temperature, level of spice and the serving sizes were perfect. The service we received was also spectacular, we were demanding but the staff gave us everything we asked for with a smile. Would definitely return and highly recommend

My husband and I came to eat here yesterday around 4pm, and unfortunately, it was a poor experience and we will not be returning. We ordered corn chips and salsa, two fish tacos, grilled corn and quesadillas and we waited and waited for our food for about 30mins before asking the staff what was going on. At about the 1 hour mark the food came - which was strange as it was not a busy time at all and there were hardly any people in the restaurant. The food tasted ok, but my husband's quesadilla had plastic in it, which of course was a huge turn off. We told the staff about it and they were apologetic and kind, and said they would speak to the owners, who were interestingly sitting right in front of us the entire time we were there. The staff offered us a 20% discount after speaking with the owners, which was appreciated, but I was surprised that the owners, who were literally right there did not come over to say anything to us. In fact, if they would've came over and apologized for the plastic specifically, we would've felt the care they have for their customers, but that did not happen. So, taking into account the ridiculous wait times, the ok tasting food, the plastic, and the blatant disregard for their customers, is why I don't recommend this place.

Honestly not great at all. Quality of the food was poor, nachos were hard, fisherman's platter was entirely deep fried and unpleasant. Fish burrito was not great. Service was friendly though. They have mezcal and tecate which is authentic too, but overall there are far superior places nearby

It was appalling to see that the cooks touch everything while cooking and don't use any gloves while preparing food. The waitresses pick their nose and do their hair and serve without washing hands.

The food was really nice. Tried the pulled pork nachos and was not disappointed!

The prices are good and they have a good range of hot sauces and drinks.

The waitress wasn't very friendly but the man who cleared our table was lovely.

Tacos were pretty average and barely warm. Service from staff was very apologetic but lovely. Ordered the jalapeño poppers and when they came out, the cheese was cold on the inside. They replaced the food with a fresh plate - and the cheese was still cold on the inside! Super disappointing experience, especially seeing as we sent them back to the kitchen.
Won't be coming back.

Food was fine, servers were ok but they could do with more kitchen and wait staff as the wait times are long.
They have Uber eat pickups handled by the same small kitchen as the restaurant and this becomes quite painful for the customers and staff at rush hours.

Pretty tasty food, reasonable pricing and nice place to chill, only thing is that their burrito has coriander in it - and it doesn’t mention it on the menu! Be careful!

Hands down my favourite Mexican restaurant, and I've worked in Mexican restaurants. Food and cocktails 10/10 wish I had one close to home

Our food came really fast, but our drinks came late. We were about to ask to cancel our drink order when they brought them out, then felt obligated to drink them even though we didn't want them anymore and we're mostly done with our food.

Food was good and staff were attentive. However, though the jug magirita (mango flavour) was tasty it lacked its moneys worth with the little amount of alcohol it had.

Good Mexican food. Would not recommend having sangria though there are other good place if you are a Sangria lover.

Have tried ordering from them a couple of times, waited close to an hour only to have them cancel the order.

I like the set of the place, love the tables outside. Really good customer service, attentive and friendly! However, if you are here for some good Mexican food, you will be disappointed. Nachos are small and really cheesy. Burritos was pretty average and i am doubting the quality of the products they use.

Got a table easily without a reservation, was in a rush but was able to order, eat and leave in less than 40 mins. Lots of options on the menu and was very tasty.
