We dined in on a particularly quiet pre-lockdown day. Absolutely loved the ambience and service. The food and the quantity was a big win as well!

Partner ordered stuffed jalapenos and some drinks and received it pretty fast, I ordered a couple of beers and a burrito and it took 30mins.not good, and the toilets were filthy. I won't be back.

Such good customer service and very kind. Was very good quality food and good environment, it was so good! Would recommend

The food here is so good. I haven't eaten in for a while cos of COVID but it was always nice when I did & all of the takeaway I've gotten has been really yummy!

The food was good, the service was very bad. We had booked our table for 6 people, and about thirty minutes into sitting down (where 2 people in the group had already received our meals), the waitress comes up to us and asks us to move for another group of 6 people, and for us to sit at a smaller 4 seater table (she did not even provide the extra seats, I had to take them from another table that weren't using them). We tried to argue with her but we were ignored, just shown to our new table- we were not even thanked for moving for this other group. We all agreed that the server was pretty rude and dismissive to us all. Will probably not be back again with service like that.

First time visiting this restaurant in fitzroy, really cool interior decor, friendly staff greeted us and made us felt welcome. The menu was pretty big and had lots of items we wanted, but we ordered tacos, nachos, fries and classic burrito to share (3 people). I love the beans and the kick of the spice in all my food, really nice texture together. It was plenty of food but just wished chips could be a little more given the price. Overall, I would come back here again!:)

The food is better than expected for the price, and overall I had a positive experience, but there were some shortcomings:

- No split bills

- There are too many tables for the space. I could not go to the restroom or attract a waiter without asking multiple other patrons to move.

- Most of the staff were trainees, and this was obvious in a number of ways, including their general awkwardness and inability to understand Spanish pronunciation of items on their own menu. This does not reflect poorly on them, but rather the owners of the establishment for having a high staff turnover, and not providing pre-training.

TL;DR: If they could offer split bills, make the space more accessible and retain staff, it could be a 5 star venue.

Has some great cocktails, tasty food and friendly staff. They were also quite accommodating too even as they were very busy and we hadn't booked ahead.

Only downside was the long wait time of 40min for the food so we didnt have enough time to stay and try dessert but hopefully I can try and return for more when it's less busy.

The kitchen staff are absolutely appalling, ordered a vegetarian enchilada and saw pulled pork inside after biting into it. Extreme unprofessionalism and negligence by the kitchen staff.

Definitely never going back and would recommend all vegetarians to stay away, these people think pork is vegetarian.

Long wait times, poor service, good food.
We were a booking of 8 at 8: 30pm. They had overbooked and asked us to sit in the neighbouring pizza shop (staff were incredibly apologetic about this). This appeared to have been a common issue on the night as there were several bookings sitting in the pizza shop. After waiting for half an hour, we had to find a waiter to get our order taken. Another 40 minutes later we didn't have drinks and followed up to find out they were still 20 minutes away. We ended up buying drinks and getting table water at the pizza shop. 10: 10pm we got all of our food and drinks. The food itself was really delicious. We raised the wait times when paying the bill and they offered us 10% off the bill. Overall just really disappointed with the service and general lack of understanding and communication from the staff, aside from the first waiter.

Absolutely horrible experience. My friend ordered pan frriend veggies dish, and after eating half, I realised it something looked like pork. After tasting it, I confirmed it was pork. The staff even agreed to that fact it was pork.

He was vegetarian for 21 years, and now has gone against his religion because of this restaurant poor service.

Would not recommend at all.

Great corn, great vege tacos, great people watching on Brunswick Street and the most amazing Margarita - I think it was the Pina Chipotle?

What an amazing place! The nachos are to die for and the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you Nor, nitesh and tina for making our night a good one!

My partner and I had a surprisingly wonderful and tasty experience here (as i'm not usually a fan of eating on Brunswick St). From the moment we walked in the service was super helpful and friendly, also checked in on regularly incase we needed anything rather than needing to get someones attention.
We had the corn (which was epic, that sauce is life changing), nachos, quesadilla and enchiladas (with pork filling which was also a juicy, rich tasting highlight of the meal). We were served by Tina, such a sweet cutie who gave wonderful food suggestions. Thanks Tina and team, we were pleasantly full and impressed:)

Whether the issue of Uber eats (probably) or the restaurant, it is clear if you order online the restaurant take zero accountability for deliveries that are incompl6and food that is cold.interesting approach given the importance of a good delivery service. Aside from Hencho, Uber eats have an issue delivering cold food. We live close to the restaurant and watched the delivery driver start multiple deliveries far away from our address. As usual, no recourse to rectify or complain online

Really nice place with great selection of drinks and food. A little pricey so may not be the best budget place but it's worth the cost.

My friends and I ate here for my birthday dinner. We were served by Tina as well as Leidy, and they made our night really fun and enjoyable. The menu caters to a variety of diets, and the food was fast, fresh and delicious. I have been eager to return ever since because it was overall a really great experience. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!

Was 3 star. Changed I to 1. After I tried to get a refund. Pre food arriving.

The food itself deserve 5 stars, absolutely delicious and came out in a timely manner. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the food, so well done!

My only comment regarding the service, my friend and I were consistently asked “are you okay? ” During our meal. One time after starting our meal would have been sufficient. It was a little off putting to be asked this over 5 times during our meal. Just food for thought!

But other than that would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.

Food was nice but a little over priced. $8 a taco. Some of.the food came.out cold and they tried to tell us that's how it came and then when we asked for.replacements they charged us for both! The waitress was lovely but overall the experience was just average and not worth the money.
