48Very poor service. Staff is friendly but useless. Terrible Reception and Management. TWO times I got an invoice for the service (same one) I didn't ask for. Had to argue with the manager to get rid of fake invoices. Reception staff is not trained to use a computer for simple daily tasks.
Excellent doctors who know what they are talking about, with the exception of one doctor. Reasonably quick waiting times, but reception is horrible. Hasn't answered their phone all day and when you do finally go in to see a doctor, they are quite rude and have little to no communication skills.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Usually, there aren't many patients so you don't have to wait too long.
Great place very friendly - brand new and nice interiors - give it a try - Almost no wait times
Awful service second time in a row and would never go there again. I only go there for a medical certificate though they won't take you if you don't have an appointment. Hardly any customer their they still want you to wait about half an hour each time. Having Newley opened customer service should be their priority here they busy following their own rules.pathetic.

I made an appointment with one of the Docters and when i got their they said the docter left, regardless of even a phone call to let me know.she was convincing me to see another docter which was wasting my time.i am very unhappy with customer survice

Your new dr hosh krotch hossein used a cream put the tube directly on the blood and got it in the tube thought we didnt notice especially when i told him to throw it out! Instead he put it back for someone else to use contaminated by ones blood! And then he rudely told us to go to his room NOW!
You know what i did you filthy pig i took the liberty of throwing it out myself for the safetly of everyone else i officially have no faith in this clinic let alone its hygiene!
