Would never answer the call respectfully. They are just rude and wont answer any of your questions with a straight face. I would give them minus stars if had the option.

Dont believe a word that comes out of breehanna coles mouth. She will tell you anything to suck you into the job but as soon as it goes against you she jumps the fence quick smart.she hasnt a clue about construction work like most of them. And getting the pay you are owed is another thing all together.these companies should be hung out to dry

Called into their office, rang two different people, emailed 4 times and haven’t heard a thing back. Really bad service!

I’d recommend selecting an alternative provider due to a recent experience concerning the loss of a large credit. Long storey short, senior management attempted to double the original commission rate for a similar replacement role. Integrity and business ethics are minimal at best.

First time dealing with this recruitment agency and it was my biggest regret - unprofessional, rude and abhorrent consultant that disservice to their clients of both ends.all companies should stay clear away from them.the management should consider audit their consultant's conduct!

They think like they are the only ones getting jobs for people. They need to get down their attitude. Two times I got to them 5 minutes late and was not informed over the phone that they cant take interview any more but they were waiting for me to get to them first and tell me on my face. This is how you treat people? They need to understand its not only us who need the jobs, but they also need people for jobs for their business to run. Would highly recommend avoiding them.

Absolutely the worst experience! Hays need to teach their consultants how to respect employees and how to do their job professionally. Unprofessional and rude attitude towards staff, got my timesheets wrong for many times and even send me to wrong centre. Which has never happen with other agency. When u talk on the phone, the consultants all sound rude and never do their job! You basically need to chase them for paid and I just wonder how these people got employed? !

They're so rude and condescending when they call you and make you feel like you're not good enough and offer no constructive feedback. And they never respond to online applications or emails.

WORST RECRUITMENT COMPANY they never respond to emails phone callls they make you feel belittled and never good enough as they speak to you in a condecendimg manner and even lie to you. What a complete waste of time they are would never recommend this company to anyone. Dont waste your time with them. The star rating reviews say it all. They falsly advertise positions just to get the enquiries.

Problem with these recruitment agents at Hays.they employ good looking girls who do nothing for you. They employ bums on seats that are hopeless. Hays have never helped me in any regard

Sooo quick and easy to get a job through them as soon as I got to Melbourne. Wish I went through them even earlier. Also I tried other big recruitment agencies and none of them were as good and efficient as Hays. Jennifer in particular in Hays is absolutely amazing she is so helpful and kind!

They only give you temporary/casual jobs. No promising full time jobs has ever been offered by them. If the company don’t need you anymore they end up firing you too, without you even making any mistakes on your end. Waste of time & effort for people who’s looking for a promising full-time job.

Signed up for a job that was said to be long term. It lasted 1 day. Now im having to chase Hays to get that days pay.

Hays Melbourne, should possibly consider recruiting consultants that actually know how to do there job properly and professionally. In fact the staff member I dealt with was incompetent. Makes me wonder how theses people get a job!
